    John mclaughlin and shakti.
  4. Just something to add: the nightshades didn't miss any notes. Perhaps the end frequency response was different then desired.

That's what I drove yesterday (moms car). Think hers is an 06. Fairly quick, but the interior is cheap, and had the tranny go at under 60k miles.

My 2nd favorite ab exercise. only thing i like more is having 5 5 lb plates on the right side of your body, even with where your shoulder is. Go to the plank position. hold for 20 seconds. Move the plates one at a time using your right arm to the 12 o'clock position. go back to the plank for 20 seconds again. Use the left hand and move one plate at a time to the left side of your body. Hold another 20 seconds then move them back to 12 o'clock. hold another 20 seconds and use the right to move them back to the right. Hold another 20 seconds and drop. That's one rep. Do 3 sets of 5. J Sounds interesting. I suck at visualizing though.

I just do them normal, but hold it for 90sec straight. It goes along with all the other gymnastic type training I've been doing.

  12. Just to relay the point, I'm definitely no audio guru, but I have a decent understanding on the fundamentals, and it took me enough hours to equate to days to get my 2-way active setup to sound on-par with an average component set I had previously. From there I fiddled with the settings on a daily basis for a few months until it finally paid off. Reading the Loudspeaker Cookbook would definitely put you in a better position to tackle the endeavour.

Kids who can't afford the stuff, but want some resemblance of the experience--I suppose.

Sorry the picture is rotated, but you get the idea: Doing dips and wide pushups are a little annoying.

The doorknob squats are one legged, and I can go down further. I think last time I did them I was doing closer to 5x5. On the bench I don't really train it anymore since I started the gymnastic stuff, but on the days that I do go outside to do deadlift, I do a few benchpress since it's there. I've been doing 50lbs + the weight of the olympic bar, so maybe 85lbs total. One thing that's cool is that I've been training less and less on the bench, yet all the gymnastic stuff has been upping my max, so I'm guessing I could probably do 100lbs total right now. I've also done way less weighed chins, yet my max is still going up from the gymnastics. Currently at 57.5lbs for 6rm. The rings are from gymnasticbodies.com http://www.gymnasticbodies.com/store/equipment.html I'm currently using mine on the door pull up bar. It's not perfect because the ring width isn't optimal or it'll hit the doorway, but you can still do a lot of work on them.

Read the contents. Not saying all preserved tuna is bad, but the process to preserve meat usually involves things that are absolutely terrible for you. I will also never agree with building mass as a good idea. Flat out don't understand. Exception being if you need to in order to be healthier, but if not for the sake of what? Well I train for strength, but you can only build so much strength before you start putting on mass.
