I would be using it prior to runs, and for extra kcal throughout the day. Hmm, I'll check the cost of Udo's oil verse the mct powder. Cost is less important than health. Udo's will actually give you better cholesterol profile. And help with all kinds of shit. Generic MCT is just empty kcal. Just like glucose. Another difference is MCT is ~7kcal/gram and real fat is ~9kcal ;-) Im not worried about its health benefits, its not bad imo so should be fine, and yes im aware of the lower kcal per gram, still have to check cost to see what has more bang for your buck.

Teacher: If you have 10 chocolate cakes and someone asks for 2, how many do you have left? Me: 10 Teacher: Okay, well what if somebody forcibly takes two of the cakes, how many would you have left then? Me: 10 and a dead body. haha

I might try a shake of ice cream, coconut oil, protein, and whipping cream later today. See if I keep it down alright, or if it's too much.

I have a slim appetite, and milk was doing wonders until my body said fuck that. So lately I've been drinking some whipping cream, 1440kcals, but just looking for more options.

Also, has anyone tried their mct powder? I'm curious how it tastes.

I believe they do, fairly quick. I'm about a week out from putting in another order. Just wondered since I played my order friday at 12, and since they are so close I figured I'd get it soon. Anxious!

Wow, um not sure what I just listened to while answering emails, but yeah. She's a pornstar, and she had a vibrator on while reading, in case you didn't see the complete title.

If you don't have one by mid afternoon Monday call their 1-800 number. They usually get tracking info to you VERY quickly. J

For what I'd be using it for, a laptop is needed. I also read that using ssd hard drives can cut back on power consumption, but that's something I still have to research to see if the extra cost is worth it.

    Science-y hop. The end.

Double edged sword that allowed people to live their life even though it would eventually be their demise. Proving to be quite useful during bubonic plague era if you happened to have it.

Our bodies require Iron, as does any living form, and those with hemochromatosis don't regulate how much Iron is metabolized, so they end up with excessive amounts that will eventually lead to death. The ironic (no pun intended lol) part is that it causes certain white blood cells "macrophages" to receive less iron, and this causes them to have an advantage to killing bacteria because they essentially starve the bacteria of Iron.

From an article for one of my classes: Thought that was interesting, although the rest is more interesting: origins of hemochromatosis, and it's effects to bubonic plague.

I'm in the same boat, but has to support back track 5, and have a friendly wireless chipset.
  17. This thread is done, end of story. Don't stoke the fire. If you need help, search the board, if you don't find what your looking for, post a new thread, and everyone will be glad to help.

Not to get too political but the majority of countries that had a govt. based postal service have now privatized it.
  20. ssh replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
Yeah like I'm going to fucking do that. In the past their tracking service has always been a complete joke. It always showed nothing until after the package was delivered. Perhaps that's because the items weren't shipped "priority."
  21. ssh replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
And I forgot today is Sunday, and no one delivers on Sundays...
  22. Happy Birthday!

Looks like my shoes will be here later today, or Monday, and they were shipped through postal service! Oh and their tracking system actually tracks packages now.
