I weigh just under 130lbs. Perhaps in a few years.

I haven't bought anything from him, but from his free pdfs, and constant new posts you should be fine without it. I'd work on reducing grains (or completely remove if your alright without it), dairy is okay, some people cut it out, others still use it. Fruit is fine, but I still wouldn't eat a TON of it. Saturated fat is fine, cholesterol is fine, but I wouldn't eat anything processed, or with polyunsaturated fat, hydrogenated, or high-fructose-corn-syrup. Start using coconut oil, butter, olive oil for cooking instead of canola. Get her a chin up bar that goes between a doorway. Cost less then $50 and it'll do more good then dumb bells. She can also do plank, reverse plank, hollow hold, superman hold, and tuck planche progressions. Those can be done on the ground, and nothing is needed, all static body weight holds.

I bought over 200lbs in weight because it was a good deal, and I'll be using it for dead-lifting. Bench press will be way less.

I'll tell you what, once I can bench 1.5 times my body weight (~200lbs), then I'll buy a better one, until then I think I'll be fine.

I've learned that cheap bench press are what they are. CHEAP We boight one and I felt Like I was going to die ever time I used it; Yeah that's why I read reviews, it's rated for a good bit more then I'll ever use, and people say it doesn't wobble around at all.

Now I just need to order this: http://www.amazon.com/Competitor-729-Olympic-Weight-Bench/dp/B00245LJX6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1335135934&sr=8-2 Pretty cheap, and good reviews.

Do you know what the advertise speed your paying for is? Small ISP, or big company? If it's a small isp perhaps there doing maintenance shit. Do you have another computer you can try at your house?
  11. You want your front stage louder so it's "closer" to your subbass at full tilt, but you don't want it to be even (in terms of output) to the subbass, or you WILL be deaf. Period, end of story. Specify a budget. Your going to want to go with the largest speaker you can fit in your doors. Are you willing to play with fiberglass? Are you willing to give up on midbass output for loudness? If so then a PA style mid may be for you. In combination with one or two large format tweeters per a-pillar (aligned vertically). (doubt you want to mess with horns, or have the room)
  12. The gcon JUST came out, so you can't really expect any personal reviews yet.
  13. Just try all the possible combinations you can.
  14. There isn't a single position that works best (loudest) for all vehicles, but generally it will be louder the further back you put it. I would try aiming the driver towards the rear doors (firing to the rear). You may also find that it's louder firing up, so with that in mind I would try moving the box around and listening for any noticeable difference.

the BL 18's that I heard were in a box tuned at 28hz, as I said in my first reply, he went from Q's and thought the exact thing I have stated. My lows from my one 15 were much cleaner and had a more rich sound than his 2 18's. We tested Senchez's Zcon in my box, in my truck, that is tuned low at 29hz. The Q did everything the Z could do both being on my SAZ-1500, the Z "may have had a little more output in the 40+ range" barely audible if any. then fast forward to the box I built him that was great specs for the Zcon 4.5cu tuned at 34hz. Stuck it in my truck on my SAZ1500 and yes it was very impressive and sounded great, But again from 35hz and under you couldnt tell the difference and just showed me how good the Q really is. Im sure on 2500-3500watts the output of the Zcon would have been phenomenal. Since you have campared some many thing evenly, why dont you tell us all your Q or BL setup and how it compared to other setups in your vehicle tuned at different freq? Just curious to hear your 1st hand experience The FR of each driver can be compared with the same enclosure alignment with modeling. Sure the FR for each will change in a car, due to cabin gain and interior characteristics, but I'm doubtful of the driver with a flatter response to all of a sudden become the peaky response, and vice-versa. At least that's my thoughts.

Download winrar for free and install. Then you can right click on zip, rar, etc and click on "extract files" then hit enter. Extracts all the files into a new folder with the same title as the original file.
