That would match the other KTM in our garage.
  2. May be easier to cover the inside with vinyl, and paint the outside, but I think the other way would look better.

I either can't see the windshield, or it's so tiny that driving would require goggles. I almost typed googles, dammit.
  4. Is that an old Nintendo? w00t! Pokemon red version ftw. Perhaps I missed it, are you painting the enclosure, or wrapping it with something? Looks good.
  5. I don't see why anyone is arguing against the use of the subwoofer level on the headunit, afterall it's there for a reason. As long as the gain on the amplifier is set accordingly while the subwoofer level is at max on the hu, then I don't see what the issue is. I don't see why someone should buy another device so they can simply adjust the subwoofer level.

Lithium, they will probably send you a fake paypal receipt in the hopes that you believe you've just been paid.

This was the original thread, he just got confused, and made another thread instead of post.

And for me, I'd figure 2-4 gal a day if I was hiking hard. Carrying that would SUCK. Fuck that, water is like 8.3 pounds per gallon. On the way up I'll be drinking, and I'll have more water at the car when we get back. I'm going to try and get by with 2-3l per day, I won't be hiking hard, and will only be hiking for 4-5hours per day.

Having fun making fun of Ryan in that thread. JP think me noob bitch.
  12. ssh replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
Ahh. I've yet to try that.

As Ryan said, you should really try to use the least amount of filler. Use it for filling small voids, dimples, but not lathering the entire piece up in it.
  14. Not bad for freehand.

    Just now starting to?

Looks like neoprene wrapped over. Look nice.
  17. I'm guessing this is thick foil + butyl type deadener? No mass loaded vinyl (heavy rubber type material), or thin foam? If so, the thick foil + butyl will help reduce panel resonance, but won't solve major flexing (although people try any ways with multiple layers), and I don't believe it offers much in reducing cabin noise. So it may stop irritating panels from vibrating, and making some noise, but your plastic door panels will still rattle against the sheet metal, and the overall cabin volume probably won't be too much quieter. At least that's what I think.

I got ancy, and started them before I had the "good shit" I used for my kicks. I wish my interior was dark grey / black.
  19. If the driver itself is barely moving, then I wouldn't blame the vehicle characteristics yet. In a perfect situation a ported enclosure is roughly 3dB louder then sealed, but the actual alignment will vary will this number.

    I should clean my windshield.

Pillars aren't perfect, but they get the job done for now. Painted black, laid down the ssa sticker (figured why not), and did a coat over. Stick bubbled out a little, oh well. Then I sanded down the entire pillar except for the logo part, and they had a matte finish, and clear finish over the sticker. After sitting in the car today, getting baked, the matte finish from sanding went away, and now it's back to all clear w/scratches from sanding. Sounds good though. Lowered the XO point between the tweet and mid, and slackened the slope.

Well fuck. My friend's spring break is right after mine, so we have less time to go on our trip. Leave thur afternoon, come back saturday night / sunday morning. On the bright side, less water to hump around. *shrugs*
  23. What headunit are you using? I know with my headunit I have to turn the gain way up on the amplifiers to get it near max output.

    Sweet Nem.

For the last few weeks, everything I type seems to be missing a word or tense I fully intended and thought of, but when typing I completely skip it. ie: Thinking of: "When you go to the store make sure you get milk and eggs." Actually wire: "When you got to the store make you get milk and eggs." After typing the above, I noticed putting down "wire" instead of "write." It's quite annoying, and don't know what caused me to start doing it.
