Everybody just have a good time? We can make you lose your mind.....?

You could fart in an empty box and sell it as Eau de Steve and people on there would buy it. I should buy a poster of him (if any, or make my own), scribble on them with a black sharpie, post on ebay, make a thread on forum pointing to said ebay ad, collect earnings, and start all over next month.

Welcome to the club WHat?! Say that again. My comment was directed at the first part of your post It's so much nicer to have everything blend together instead of bass drowning out everything. I used to get sick of bass in a couple hours when I went with the Volvo at comps... Yeah I was just messing with ya. It is indeed. And about selling hyped up bogus stuff, I wouldn't be proud of it, "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is", and some people have to learn the hard way. Not to mention, I'd be selling products that still actually work, people just think they work better then others.

If I was smd, I'd sell leds (brighter then normal leds), wire (handles more current), cap (works for lots of current demand), and a comp set (they simply sound better then everything else, no ifs ands or buts), I be rich!

I needs more midbass My bl 12 drowns it out lol factory speakers, size? Factory 6x9's up front Im looking for specs online for my 2008 titan audio and noticed somewhere that i have 350 watts stereo output, its that just the headunit? I'd guess there is a factory amplifier somewhere, whether it be directly below the headunit, behind glove box, under a seat, I do not know. Oh but now I do: near firewall, on driver's side They say it's a bitch to put back in, I don't even know why you would take it out, I don't even know why I assumed you would, I don't even know why I made an assumption from nothing.
  8. Hey, it looks loud, so they must know what their doing!

Shiny lights and electrical devices with probes = $$$ + more $$$. I wonder what's next after the CC-1.

    In a car, perhaps.

After having a decent a front stage, it annoys me to raise the bass level to where it starts to drown out the midbass, it just doesn't sound right. Now if I could place some 10" midbass drivers like Jared, maintain some decent imaging, and in turn raise the bass level up a bit more, I'd be a happy camper--happy deaf camper at that point.

Same thing I have against huge boxes only one step further. That is? It's not his cup of tea. Adds excessive weight to the car, and back which is even worse, front end is less weighted, less handling, slower, takes up space. There are many reason why it's not wanted, but that doesn't stop people like you or me from doing it. Same reasoning as to why he would either use no subwoofers, or a small subwoofer, and you would go "why that's not very loud, why don't you do something bigger?" At least that's my guess.

Shit, new macbook air is starting at $1000, but the fucker doesn't have a cd drive. Normally I wouldn't give a shit, but makes booting a live cd kinda hard. Since it's Apple, you can't boot from a usb unless it's osx, so the only option is buying their external drive. Bleh, back to regular macbook.

Sounds fun. I sorta wish we occasionally had that here, make things more interesting--until my house gets ripped apart? We've had nothing but catastrophic drought over the last year (remember when Rick Perry called for the entire state to pray for rain and God responded by setting the whole state on fire?) so I'm about as close to dancing in the rain as it gets

    It's funny you ask that.
  18. No one cares if you buy one or not, but the likelihood of finding someone on this board who has one and wants to sell it is incredibly slim, your likelihood would ten fold on SMD. I'm sorry no one here is helpful in the sense that they don't have the item your looking for.

I cannot say enough at how much a difference it was when we thinsulated my roof. Was huge for this super cold, curious as to how it will do with the very hot days. I can make it almost all the way to work and there will be frost still on the top because most of the heat from the cabin did not make it up. Might remember that my M5 had thinsulate everywhere. Way before it was available in the aftermarket. Still have a bunch and access to a ton more. Sean, I have a plan on walling of my Celica. Either 2x15 or 2x18. With that much power I have another plan-reinforcing the whole roof with plywood. Thinking about filling all the little voids between the plywood and the roof with either polyfill or clothes batting(have a lot of this). Thoughts? Might want to do ccf as well, if I remember correctly ccf doesn't loose it's shape or form over time like other foams, might help with any panels touching against sheet metal, and throw in that other stuff for all the little voids.

Anyone got a macbook there going to be selling?
  23. Why don't they have harddrives, how easy is it to open the case for installing a hdd, and hows the battery life? Very easy to change. My sister buys a new laptop every year or so it seems and gives me the old ones. I threw the good hard drive into my laptop and run linux on one and windows 7 on the other. The other drive had a virus and wasn't worth fixing. I forgot the battery on the dell is completely useless. Both batteries in the Toshiba's are decent/good but the 13" is ~4 years old. The newer Toshiba was about $1000 and was purchased in august of 2010. Mmkay, well I'm going to look around but I'll keep that in mind, I'll be running linux as well, several distros.
  24. This sounds like it'll do everything I need, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834158129 Just need to double check graphics and exact wireless drivers.
