Luckily I'm only ten minutes from the freeway and can get around part of the town fairly quickly. That is one fast Volvo! Ehh, just WOT 70% of the time. Actually there is only one road from my house to the freeway, and they started doing construction on the side, building a high school. So traffic is fucked now, and will be even worse once the school opens. However, it's fun driving through the cones late at night when no one is working. Of course there is the occasional shitty driver that manages to hit one and send it flying in the middle of the road.

It's fuckin sad that some people can barely write using proper English Unless English is their second language, then I respect them. I kno one language english, wut amp shud I get to push my subs? So I can agree, I'd much rather have them be 100% up front about everything. I've been pretty fortunate in having a volvo specialty shop in town, guys are laid back, and honest.

I don't see why you keep trying things and expect it to magically fix the alternator's turn on speed. Do I agree that it's shitty the alt turns off and produces zero amperage at idle? Absolutely, I would be mad as well. Get a refund, use an alternator that has a lower turn on speed (if it can be found).

Doesn't sound that bad to me considering they replaced the tire, however the tread wear would be different then all the others and that may cause some slight steer / brake issues? (which I could agree would suck, if that's the case) We've had great luck at one jeep dealership, actually being able to go in the back and talk to the same mechanic that worked on everything we brought in (bugged the service rep but he wasn't about to piss us off and have us take all our work for three vehicles away to another shop). Then got reamed at another dodge dealership, called the jeep dealership we normally dealt with, asked for our service rep, asked him if their dealership was related to the other one, said yes, told him if he didn't fix things then he would lose us as a customer. After that and us bringing in our own parts, the bill nearly halved.
