All the reviews on the MC5 are great. They say the cord construction is better than the previous model to them, and they have slightly more bass--though I'm not really concerned about that. I think I'll order them.

I do know the OP in the thread.. but this could happen to any of us and that isn't right. There has to be some sort of repercussion on the mediary side(paypal in this case) for wrongfully mediating the dispute. No one in the legal system is going to do anything about it--don't be so naive.
