hard to see ,but 1 and 5 are up , 2,3,4,6 are down.

ok , got it installed pins 1 and 5 up . pins 2,3,4,6 down. i can get the vcm in ADJ mode with the dot blinking but i keep pushing up and voltage stays the same, it wont go past 16.7. >? any ideas ? solutions ?... i pressed the damn button like 300 times and nothing...

ok , i was able to find a xs power vcm. New ! only problem its that it dont have instructuions in how to make it work on 16v batts ,. what position do the little switches need to be ? how do i set it up ?//
