ofc and cca wire
I have seen Knu CCA turn dusty and brittle in just one year also. Never seen the OFC do this. Not that fast. IMO if its just a summer or comp build and you change a lot the CCA is fine. But if its going in and you don't plan on removing anytime soon to with a nice OFC for sure

Die Hard Platinum Group 31's, XS D3400, buss bars, 2/0
I have 2 Die Hard Group 31's, they are the blue marine type. Awesome batteries 1 XS D3400, 2/0 Jumpers, 4 runs of 2/0 to go from batteries to amps. I will even throw in a couple 2ft long aluminum buss bars 500.00 for the package (picked up only) All batteries and cable are like new, only a few months old. This setup will power a nice size system. I will have pics on tonight but many here know me. No worries here. If I separate then each battery is 200 each. Prices are firm. The bars and 2/0 bars are 2in wide 1/2in thick, will get 4 short 4-6ft runs of the 2/0 Xs3400 resting voltage, been sitting a month. Die Hard 1150 CCA resting voltage, same resting voltage on both, they were in a bank of 6

best 4" coil
That one is a d1. He could run it at .5 and just turn down the gain some. Lol Or run it at 2 ohms on the 5500 and see how she does. Just for fun, lol. Meter both at 30, 35, and 40 hz.

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
This one should be in garage soon. The blue one sold but this one came available and actually is better. Gonna try to go pick it up this week before the good guys event. I love my truck and just got it the way I want but I can't seem to get over the lines of the 60. My trucks I am trading the 72 shop truck. The 67 long bed is my baby and will have air ride soon. If it wasn't for me having this long bed 67 I wouldn't ever think of selling the 72 but damn the 60 Biscayne is flat wicked looking. It will get limo tint immediately and also some patina on a few select areas. Maybe burlap seat covers and beer labels and cigar box labels headliner

He doesnt have to, a friend of his locally bought one of my old SP4 18's. He could do a direct swap if he wanted to for comparison sakes.

Yep it's my F250. Running a single 15 Q again on a bc2000. It's plenty, barely keeps up with my doors. Going from 158's to 140's is quite the difference. But it's hella clean though

Cablguy184's 1949 Ford Tudor Sedan
No way I would paint it. I would CLR the entire outside, buff it then clear coat over what's there. White walls and baby moons or even the stock steel wheels painted red with white walls. Cool car and I'm sure you will have fun whichever direction you go.

Battery advice
Go for it. I paid 230 + tax each on a one day sale thing at Sears. I am selling all three batteries for 500 bucks. I paid over 700 for them not long ago. Only really used them for one or two months. Lol

Looks like there would be no problem with buildng a box out side and putting it right in. The trunk opening is plenty large.

He isn't afraid to price thingsNope, lol. Some things are just for the people with major bank. But the price what you can actually get something for is lower than listed when cash talks. If you know what your looking at some of the things are losses and some are pricey. Kinda like the Bull Run Chevelle, he has major money in it so I will just be hard to move. But I know what's in that blue 55 so it could be had for decent if someone got serious. Fun site to look at though, lol

Dodge srt4 MONSTER!!!
Money for money you would come out ahead if that car is running good and the parts are legit. If the car starts breaking parts you will have made a bad trade. Your truck is probably worth 18k (maybe)

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
It's is my buddies site that is just stacked with toys. I am seriously looking at the 65 Biscayne. The guy that won the eBay bid on the 60 picked it up so I am looking again. http://www.premierexotics.com/web/inventory/

Dodge srt4 MONSTER!!!
The motor in a SRT10 is worth as much as that whole car. it's alittle different. When I was heavy in the local race scene I new a few guys with them and as soon as they got fast they start breaking. This is just my opinion though. At the end of the day it's all about what makes you happy. Just don't get confused about what it is just because its fast.

It's a Neon. Who cares... Honestly, doesn't matter how "quick" it is.
- Problem with C1100.4 highpitched noise.

dual 10's or quad 8's
That is NOT how you measure cone area, not even close.Pi*R*R or for an 8 - 4*4*Pi. Of course that is WRONG too. It is just more right than what you posted. Using the Sd from the drivers is what you need to do. A big surround eats way more into an 8 than a 10. I'd expect the Sd of an 8 to be around 0.02 and the 10 a little bigger than 0.03 (both in meter squared) u been here too much for too long Thats your setup in your avatar and you still dont know how to figure cone area??
