I need 1 good day of nice weather first. I've never done one before either, I guess I should check a few out to get some ideas so it doesn't suck (probably inevitable with my cheap digicam). Any suggestions on what I maybe should include or stay away from? What do you want to see? A link to a good example or two for reference might help. You must not use your Bronco like I do. Kicks would get ruined pretty quick in my Bronco I think. I'm trying to keep the mids/highs a bit higher up so they don't get muddy, wet, stepped on, etc.

It would be tough to pick out a single sub as the most popular since most of the folks on the forum are open minded and tend to recommend what would work well/best in any given install rather than just picking a driver because it's awesome or someone else they know/see runs 'em.

Why not just have a nice custom sealed enclosure built? It wouldn't cost much more and you get exactly what you want.

Do you ever plan on adding more power? The recommended enclosure volume range is optimal when running rms. If you don't plan to ever increase power and want to stick with 1/3-1/2 rms, I think bigger is definitely better, perhaps even a bit larger than the max recommended 1.2 cubes. I could be wrong here though in suggesting an enclosure larger than recommended by the manufacturer. I would wait and ask Nick what he thinks about the situation before making any final decisions.

That's a pretty bold statement there, although it seems like everyone who uses them says similar things. All the extremely positive reviews really speak volumes about Fi's products. Combine fantastic products with amazing customer service and you've got a real winner.

Nice stuff here. You can't go wrong with Toolmaker, I bought a pair of aluminum dual inputs from him for my saz3500. His work is very nice and his prices are usually pretty reasonable. I'm interested in those battery terminals, pm me about them when you get a chance please.

The USB Pro Meter comes with 2 mics and the capability to measure spl levels in 2 separate vehicles or 2 different areas in the same vehicle simultaneously. The USB Meter includes a single mic and is capable of measuring spl in 1 vehicle only.
