  1. So ive done the big 3 and upgraded alternaters. The big 3 is done in 1/0 awg. Its pretty dern strong. No more dim lights, Voltage drop isnt bad at all. im sittin at about 14.7 when the bass hits itll drop to about 13.9 But does anyone have any advice on how i can get some highs outta my speaker? ive got a jvc kdr 300. is there any settings on there that would help?
  2. So ive had my speaker in since the 23. runnin off the aq2200. This speaker is ridiculous. Its the FI BTL 12. Tuned at 31htz. The lows are getting just ungodly. Like everyone says! Play the hell out of them

  5. We took a multimeter, did that square root shit && Set it for around 38.7. Thats how i know im getting around 14-1500. My boy knows a whole lot more about it than i do. But imma get the big three goin on sometime this weekend. && Ill get a volt meter.
  6. Nahh man i aint got a volt meter. The alternator guage drops a little but. but its not as bad when i had it cranked up wwhen i had my audioque hdc312. I had the full 2000 on it. im around 1400 with this one. how much would a volt meter run me? where could i get one && is there anyway to beef up the alternator without getting another?
  7. Man Its a stock alternator. i think its like 90 or 100 amp. its the one for the 92 camaro rs. I got a line driver to help out. its made a damn big difference. the amp isnt ran on high gain at all. i say its not even an eighth of the way turnt up. the bass boost is all the way down ( no need for it anyways) the battery in the back is a diesel parts battery. 1100 crankin amps. thats about all the info i have on it.
  8. So i got a FI BTL 12, AQ2200D amp, 0 guage kicker wire. Optima Red top under the hood & an extra " dumptruck battery" ( if you will) in the back. JVC KDR300 head unit. & I HAVE NOT done the big 3 yet. anyone got nay advice so i can get the full 2200 watts out of the amp without clipping the sub due to voltage drop?

  10. I hooked this shit up. Its amazing. lows are completely ridiculous. Im puttin about 1400 on it just in case of break in just to looosen up, in about 2 days imma put the full 2200. its damn ridiculous. FI IS THE SHIT! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
  11. Does the FI BTL 12s have a break in period? Im runnin an aq2200d on mine. Is there a certain amount i should put on it before full power??? please helpp

  14. I ordered my sub on the 4th of this month & I havent heard ANYTHING from FI. Whats going on with it? I really need to know. I ordered an FI BTL 12 for my camaro. someone help!
