why the AQ over the saz? just price?

What are the three most commonly used slug types in sub woofer motors and what are their advantages? (I'm looking for three EXACT or VERY CLOSE answers)

i paid around 150.00 for my alpine sps-600's but thats at a dealer....i have seen them for 75.00 on the net i like them.....they are clean as hell

i myself use kinetik all the way...never had a problem and i have seen 5+ year old kinetiks still going strong.... also one time my batt under the hood broke loose....fried out and burnt a hole in my hood lol.....i told kinetik what happend and i was sent a new batt....the warranty and customer service is A+

the type x sounded like a hyped up type r...but thats how i see it...... i mean alpine makes good amps and full range...but alpine subs are not on the level of fi's products.. the bl kills every alpine sub i have ever heard....only subs i have heard that i liked more...would be the soundstream xxx the fi btl or nightshades.. i know there are others out there...these are just the ones i know...... Thanks, what do type x's sound like? in comparison to type r and bl? does the bl hit you in the chest?

got my box in and everything is gravy...... will have pics of head unit under the hood batts amp ect.... coming as soon as i get them

i am a proud bl owner....the q is one of the best SQ drivers i have ever seen.....but honestly i wouldent give up my bl's for anything they also have a decent SQ and more than enough spl.....but either sub will only get as loud as you will risk....i have gone around 140 db. termlab with my bl 12's i can alot more out of them...just scared to blow burn or break anything... and plus 140 is good enough for me Thanks. How about BL's? How much louder is the BL than the Q, and how much cleaner is the Q? Which would you rather have?

i have another buddy looking to get a 18 inch btl and he wants to build the box before he gets the sub.... seems like a bad idea to me lol dunno why but i would like to know how much sub displacement to account for when building the box for a single 18 btl... he refuses to listin and jst gets all pissy when i tell him to get the sub first then make the box to fit it.... so before he does somthing stupid i was thinking maybe this info could be found here.....

depends on the boxs for each bruh...but i have heard the x and the q.....the x that i heard was not a low as the q that i heard.....also the q is cleaner.......as far as how loud....i did not see them on the termlab but they seem to be about the same......i would go with the q all the way....1 its a fi product and when it comes to subs they kill alpine....and 2 if you ask me the only things alpine makes well are full range and amps...

there should be a 1 year warranty on all fi subs aside from the btl....it is too much of a beast to warranty lol

138 is good..............im 140 db. with bl 12's.....but i dont push them too much...stick with your 138 db. but the sub could do far less or a lil more depends on the install....box....tuning ect ect........138 is legit

my bl's sound clean clear and low....at 32hz i only hit 140 db. but tis clean all the way...every high mid and low...i love it fully loaded for daily btw,,,,,

wtf....what kind of box do you have what are its specs lol.....and is that a real 2500 watts each....or cheap amp 2500 watts lol.....this seems out of line....also is this daily or spl...and do you do music or burps......i fear giving mine a full 3000rms to a pair of bl's....and dont plan on it!!!!!!! dont listen to these fools i have 2500 on each one of my BL's shit maybe more!
