Hey guys! as of a few hours ago, i ordered a 15" BL and a Sundown SAZ-1000d amp! I was just wondering how you guys think this will sound! and suggestions on my box. I want to make it ported offcourse

is there a way i can request a different shipping company.. I would prefer not to get UPS to. I have had problems with them in the past and am not impressed it will be a 15" BL going to Canada. Please let me know.. if its UPS i might not be able to buy this product

Which one would be best for power and life span ? well the hyper pole option comes included with the cooling so check the cooling and flatwind ive done a lot of research and i heard the aq1200d is a very good amp.. is that true ? anyone know of any problems with them im guessing i can hook that amp to 1 ohm with the BL ? and i believe i get the D2 for 1 ohm ? yes thats a solid amp for the price..correct buy a duel 2 BL I was just wondering what gains should be set at on an amp with getting full RMS output without clipping or ruining the amp and or subwoofer? HAhah you knew what i meant ! i was looking at the aq1200d or a sundown refurbished sae1200d but im a litle nervous with refurb and the aq is cheaper. just making sure there are no problems with overheating or anything

Just wanted to know what peoples thoughts are on the aq1200d amp.. how are they? will they hit hard with the 15" BL ? i heard their rms output is unnderated. but listed at 1200RMS at 1 ohm

well i have the capacitor now. i got it for free but its really good. I noticed a bit of a dfiference but when i have money i will install the Big 3 and replace the cap with a yellow top. 2 ohms = Dual1 am i correct ?

Power handling is install dependant. As for what is best, what are your goals? LOUD... i think im gonna order a 15" BL and throw 1200 RMS at it at 2 Ohms. Ported box with my capacitor and in the summer going to do the Big 3 upgrade just want it to be noticeably louder than my current 2 12" MTX Jackhammers that are getting 250 RMS each. In a sealed box The BL is the right choice for that, maybe a good agm battery instead of the cap. Do the big 3 as soon as you can. im looking at runnin the cap and getting the Big 3 ASAP! and when i got some spare cash im gonna invest in a yellow top to replace the capacitor

since you have to ask then run it at 2 0hms but it will be fine on 1 ohm as well if you set your gains right and can control the volume knob. Check out Audioque AQ1200D for amp alternative as well. would the sub last long if i just turned down the gain and volume on the amp at 1 ohm ? or would it be more beneficial if i just had the gains and volume up and set up on 2 ohms.. at 2 ohms you need to order Dual 1 ? am i correct yes the sub would work just fine if the gains are properly set....<double read that...but i would suggest also getting the cooling option on the BL also. if the gains are set accordingly it will be fine. I would just get a duel 2 BL and wire it to 1 ohm ohhh ok... I guess i will just find out the proper gains settings for that particular amp! thnx.. Would the bass booster blow the sub if i turned it on every once in a while.. im still debating if i should play it safe at 2 ohms putting out 1200 RMS or just take a chance with the 1600

Hey guys Im set on buying the 15" BL the options im looking at purchasing is the Hyper Pole and Flatwind Coil and Daily im looking at getting the Hifonics Brutus Bxi1610D amp which puts out 1200 RMS at 2 ohms and 1600 RMS at 1 ohm. I would rather have it on 1 ohm but can the BL with those options Handle that power Daily with no problems.. I wont be blasting it full too much. If not then i guess i gotta settle with 2 ohms but i heard Hifonics RMS is underrated? I have stock electrical with Alpine Deck and a oversized Capacitor with 4 Gauge wire. Dont know the measurements but i'm going to put it into a ported box thank you !

yeahh.. looking at eathier the SSD fully loaded with Hifonics 1200 RMS or the BL with 1600 RMS or 1200 (both 1 15") Can the ssd handle 1200 and can the BL handle 1600 ? Daily with no problems. running stock electrical with a capacitor. I heard the FI RMS ratings are underrated and the Hifonics RMS ratings are overrated? any help we be of great help for me.. wanna make the best choice!! thnx

thnx for the help with the dual 2 and im liking the cop turner lol, but would i hear a large difference with the same power going into each sub ? is it worth $90 ? or should i use that 90 for a better box and to get tuned cant dual 2 only be set up to 1 ohm though? im not sure if want to use 2 ohm or 1 ohm. and does 1 ohm lower the amps life time?

can a dual 2 also run 2 ohms ? i know it can run 1 ohm

im getting an Fi sub... if the amp is expensive, the SSD if not expensive i want the BL... just 1 15"

Whats a good amp that puts out about 1000RMS on 2 ohm for a cheap price thnx for the help! stupid budget
