  6. No just a little square/rectangle for each sub so you can see the magnet. ohh and i was thinking subs up, port back Ok I can do that. What type of SUV is this for? I'm going to need max dimensions so I can get a design rolling for this. Andrew It's going in a 4 door JEEP cherokee. Max dimensions 54" from left side to right side. 38" from ground to roof. 31" from back seat to back window. Hope this helps sorry typo its actually about 48" from left side to right side. i hope this doesnt screw with your design.

  13. I was thinking about you guys building me a box for 2 Fi BL 15's. I was thinking 7.5 cubes with a flush port, plexi glass, carpet, and tuned to 34Hz. I wouldn't have to pay shipping because i'm willing to pick the box up since i live in so cal. So how much would this cost?
  14. I'm in no hurry. I'm just trying to get an estimate. You build boxes as well?
  15. I was thinking about getting an 8 cube enclosure for my 2 Fi BL 15's with plexi glass, flared port, and carpet. How much would this cost? I ask where you are located because of shipping, and it must be a haul to ship a box that big. So where are you located?
  16. I'm getting these same 2 subs and also wanted subs up, port back, and i wanted a box at about 7-8 cubes with 12sqin of port tuned to 33Hz, do you think these would be good dimensions? and should i get i double baffle or flared port? I also want carpet. What price would i be looking at? thank you
  17. OK i'm getting 2 fi BL 15's powered by an audioque 2200D with knuknoceptz 0 gauge wire. The box will be 7-8 cubes with 12 sqin of port tuned to 33
  18. And that would be a top of the line box right? This guy seems like he knows what he's doing. I just emailed BJ, hope he'll get back soon. Also do you know what the shipping rates are? The prices include shipping. That's so awesome. thanks again for the help and suggestions.

  20. That would be very helpful man, how would i get that? There are a few guys on here that can do it for you. Talk to a few of the enclosure builders and see what they have to say. SSA Car Audio Forum -> Fisher Customs Thanks man that would be a lot cheaper then getting him to build it.

  22. The low not in "I Put On" is 27Hz, but that's only one song. Your right. Well thanks for the suggestion man, you sound like you know what your talking about. Also i haven't built very many boxes before, will this be easy to do, or do suggest i go into the shop and get them to build it? If they do good work, sometime shops do horrible work. This is a good shop, it's the best rated in the county and the only ranked installer in the county. Also he is ranked in the top 100 installers in the world. So i'm guessing this place is pretty legit. Here's a link: http://www.thecarstereoguys.com/index.html

  24. I think thats what i'm going to do. It recommends for 1 sub to go 2.8-4 cubic feet @ 28-37Hz with 12-16 square inches of vent area per cubic foot of volume. So if I'm right the box should be between 5.6 and 8 cubic feet. Do you recommend to use 12 or 16 square inches of vent are per cubic foot of volume? And I really like the lows and listen to mostly like Young Jeezy-type rap. But i also want to feel the bass hit my chest hard so I'm thinking about tuning it to about 32 or 33 hz. Do you think that would be good? Thanks for the help man.
