I was waiting on some spring shims to start on the suspension work. Now I am getting body work done in the next couple of days. Hopeful to have the car back for the weekend to work on it. New brakes all around soon as well.

That may be how it is supposed to function. I have dealt with a few vehicles that idle around 12.8v then go up to 14.4-15.0v when it is needed.
