man that really sucks. my car has a thing to where the only way you can open the trunk is with a key so even if they get in my car it would still be hard for them to get my subs
  5. im 16 and just got my first car and im looking to put some rims on my 1997 honda accord. i want 18" or 19" inch rims and i want black or chrome. i just want some good brands that i could look in to for my budget . i dont want to spend more than 200 per rim.
  6. im looking at buying ether a fi ssd 15 fully loaded or a fi q 15 stock. i want to get output but still have clean bass. i know the q is more of a SQ sub but i have not heard much about ssd's
  7. what are some good tweeter then?
  8. no but i want some but there is not place for them so i will have to make a place
  9. ummm well im only 16 so not much money but probably around 150$ for 2 6.5". my 6.5's right now are alpine sps-600 with no amp except the one inside my HU
  10. it doesn't matter ether one
  11. idk if you read the OG post but i already have some 6.5's in the front doors and im going to replace my stock 6x9's in the back. There is really no point in having 6x9's in the rear, your car is not a home theater you don't need surround sound. Having them in the rear will only confuse your ears, amp a good set of components in the fronts and you'll have more than enough vocals. what are some good 6.5's?
  12. idk if you read the OG post but i already have some 6.5's in the front doors and im going to replace my stock 6x9's in the back.
  13. think i might go with the sps-609 for now with no amp so there not underpowered then when i upgrade the whole set up get the spr-69c with amp
  14. well then it looks like im going to have to take out the back seats
  15. oh yeah sorry i was trying to make that fast i had to go do something but my car is a 1997 honda accord but my question was what would sound better alpine sps-609 or underpowered alpine spr-69c? im trying to get a little mid bass for my first system and i want to be able to here the whole song not just the sub
  16. need some help on some 6x9's. i have alpine sps-600 in the front doors so i was going to match them with the alpine sps-609 but then i saw the spr-69c is not much more money. should i get sps-609 or the spr-69c with no amp?
  17. what does this mean? not sure but i think it means windows up and doors closed
  18. nice build. what kind of camera do you have that thing is HD
  19. i made a model of it on google sketch up and the 14.5 looked like it was right but i could be wrong
  20. im about to build a box since the pre fab one i bought sucks. the spec sheet that came with the sub says the enclosure's external dimensions are 12.5 x 14.5 x 17.25 so would it be 14.5 length 17.25 depth and 12.5 tall? the vent area says 11 in^2(11 x 1) does that mean its 11in tall and 1in wide? the port length says 22 so does that mean that the port would look like a L with a 1 inch space from the wall?
  21. yeah i just need to know the measurements to cut the wood
  22. what sould i do then make my own box? i have never made a box before but i know how the use all the tools im in woodworking in school
