ok also why at the coils reading 1.5ohms when it should be reading 2ohms. xcons come in a 1 ohm and 2 ohms version. Also if i was was to wire the amp down to .5ohms with two subs and tune the amp so that it plays with no distoration would that be ok. i use the smd dd1 to set the gains.

I was just wondering why my 15in xcon coils were reading 1.5 when there a dual 2. i checked the reading at the amp and it said it was at .7 ohms. also when playing music my ohm rise jumps all over the place. it goes from .7 to 6 or 7 ohms. my main concen is that i wanted to buy another dual 2 xcon and i dont want one reading 1.5 and the other 2. also if these xcons come as 1.5 then id be running at .38 ohms which i feel is way to low. systems build: 15 inch xcon in 3.2 cu box tuned to 30hz. sundown saz-1500, xs power d3100 any advice?
