Dunno what to say, but the Maxxbass system does work and is not like bass boost at all. Where bass boost electronically boosts the signal in a given bandwidth with a specific Q, the Maxxbass system adds upper order harmonics to simulate a fundamental frequency that does not exist....these are two totally different concepts. The idea of a "missing fundamental" is not one that applies to those with poorly trained ears...it is an inborn psychoacoustic effect that varies from person to person.

California is no big thing. You can go just about anywhere and meet a good girl, although the chances of doing so are actually a lot smaller almost anywhere in CA. It might just be me, but I have always enjoyed the company of intelligent midwestern folk. Although I suppose that's because they're the most like me.

I'm not sure I understand how D2 ohm coils present you with any more of a challenge than a single 4 ohm coil. Wire the D2 in series and you have, for all intents and purposes, a single 4 ohm coil. Unless I'm missing something here.
