went looking for a used car under 12k with low millage.. found an 04 gt with 29k for 11,000.. too good to pass it up..not planning to race it just keep it clean and sounding good

yea my plan was to go through the back seat which still isnt very big.. but thats probably my only option..

i recently bought an 04 mustang gt.. didnt realize that the trunk is really limited on space. has room for a decent size box but getting it in would be trouble because the opening isnt very big either.. i have an audioque 2200 and a dual 2 ohm solo x 10.. anyone who has done a build in a mustang 99-04 please help me out.. im tryin to design a box that will fit but still be large enough for the X... or would it be best to sell it and get some sa-8s or something similar

i need to know which sets to get.. im going to be running 8 10s in my car and i need to get down to a 1 ohm load. do i need 8 single 8 ohm subs or 8 single 4 ohm subs i was leaning torwards the 8 ohm singles but need some help

Im in need of help on decision making... I just finished my wall in my car heres the details 2001 cavalier 2 dc xl 15's 8.4 cubes after dis. going to be tuned right around 36 hertz thats were i need help before i cut the holes for subs and port i need some opinions on which setup to do one sub behind each headrest and port in the middle of subs, above the subs, or below the subs.. also maybe putting one behind passenger headrest one in the middle and the port at drivers headrest which is personally the one ive heard is the best for TL numbers any opinions are helpful thanks in advance

Were can i order dust caps at... i want to replace the cap mine has but dont know of any site that sells them.. it will be for a bl 15

should i buy another and wall them or stick with one and just build a good box for it

Still need budget. Why wouldn't you wall it? keeping it under 1k$ not walling it unless i get another sub.... have never heard a wall either im only gonna be given the sub or possible subs 3k

if you watch the video he says (oh and did i mention the wall is sealed) also do you think the sa 12s would get louder than the aq sdc2 15s if you read what is typed at the beginning it says 10.8 cubic foot wall at 38hz......... yea but just because its tuned at 38hz doesnt mean its ported... sealed boxs can be tuned as well so im guessing everybody thinks the sa 12s would be the better bet... what amp setup would be good for those 12s

his wall is ported, thought you meant sealed? well in the video i dont see any ports. and he also states at the beginning that its sealed

well it will be daily use but i wouldnt mind some decent tl numbers either....

thought about the sa 12s doing like 6 walled up and sealed up no port. also on the fi btl n2 the new ones... but still come down to there being too many subs too choose from.... why cant there be one brand of sub with 3 models bass then loud then ouch... my life would be easy.... has anybody seen sealed up walls.. or heard one before... only one ive seen is this guys

But if you're going for numbers you might not care about quality of sound as much? I'm assuming... Could be wrong being that you mentioned porting to 32Hz... AFAIK and have heard Solo X's sound like dookie but get loud... i wouldnt say that but then again i have had more quality sounding subs. that solo x got low and thats the notes i like to hear.. its in my daily driver (cavalier) but i do comps every year when they come around..its fun plus last year i got 2nd in modified 4 class

you gotta point.. hell when i had a 10 inch l5 on a kicker kx2500.1 it was as loud as my 2 cvx 12s on a orion d5k... alot of subs surprise me when they get the power they want... it was by far my loudest 10

do you think it will be loud by its self i used to always have 1 solo x 18 in the trunk and it got me a 146... do you all think walled up it would be a good choice again or that xcon
