Cedar Rapids is somewhat of a dark comedy. Pretty good movie if you haven't seen it.

I need to get a pair. Everybody in the office uses laptops so we don't even have fan noise. I need music ! I'm in the same boat. I need to invest in a set of headphones to leave in my desk someday. For now I make due with some Klipsch buds.

I hadn't heard most of it prior to watching. I thought the part about the grow ops was pretty interesting. I had a feeling some of their numbers were off. It entertained me though.

I drove one and thoroughly enjoyed it More like Hyundai than Aston, lol. Still nice looking IMO. Only problem is the fake metal color going across the dash. Otherwise the in/out combo is sweet. I only drove the R version and only consider that, but come on why would you buy a Jag that isn't tuned up? Hell yes to that. Although there is a supercharged version of the normal XF that wouldn't be bad.

Fucking love the XF's. Have you seen the interior?

All the new Jaguars are pretty sweet actually. HUGE improvements. I can agree with that. I've always liked the looks of the XK's though. Hell, I liked the old XJ too. X Types are hideous as are the S Types.

That article is BS. I have three sitting right outside in my driveway. I'm not sure I follow. Care to explain? That article is the first I've heard of it and in the picture it looks fantastic.

Can you elaborate? Does he box suck ? I believe some have mentioned the boxes were fairly low quality and weren't lasting long.

I don't think it's even 100% that Scion will be the one selling it. I've heard rumors it will be Subaru as well. I've also read Subaru might make the vehicle or possibly both manufactures will.

Pretty much any of the older Alpine units with BEP would work (9815,9835, 9855). If you don't want iPod connectivity or bluetooth you can save yourself some money by purchasing something like that used. Eclipse has some good units as well if you can find one used. The 8053 comes to mind as it's pretty highly regarded.

What exactly are you looking for in a HU? Do you need it to have the ability to play mp3 CD's, is iPod connectivity important (aux or usb), etc. Knowing what you need will help a lot in deciding what to get. I'm not sure, but I don't think those tweeters can be crossed low enough for those mids.

You said you want sound quality and then you said you want to see whose sub is louder. Which is it? Stefan's right, a 12" won't take up much more space and it's stupid to pick a size to match your buddy's. If you want SQ I'd look into something besides an SA series. Not knocking the driver, but it wouldn't be my first choice for SQ in a ported enclosure. Assuming you will be going ported.
