  1. Called Fi got them changed to dual 1ohm. Solves my problem. Thanks
  2. I already ordered the subs. I might be able to call fi and get 1's. Anyways I have around 450-500$ to spend on the amp/amps
  3. There's plenty of amps that are 1ohm stable, thus allowing you to run one amp to power both drivers at 1ohm. I don't remember the rms rating on the Qs off the top of my head but sundown audio has a sax1200d, or the older saz1000d, saz1500d. Check out the SSA store, they carry quality amps that will work for you, if money is an issue you can always check out the for sale section. I'd rather buy a quality used amp then a brand new cheap amp I'm getting the 2ohm versions of the Subs, I didn't think you could run two 2 ohm subs at one ohm?
  4. A couple more questions. I need to get an amp or some amps to power these. Should i get 2 amps at 1 ohm or get a more powerful amp at 2ohms? Would 2 Hifonics BXi1210d's do the trick? Anyone have any good recommendations? And also, will making an enclosure with divided chambers improve the sound at all or make the subs louder? Thanks
  5. Thanks guys!
  6. Any links would be helpful. Thanks
  7. Hey guys, I am getting 2 Fi Q 12"s and need to build a box for them. I want to get the most output out of the subs as I can with still having decent sound quality. Ive never built a ported sub box before and would really appreciate some help as I cant seem to find any for 2 12" subs. Thanks, Luke
