HK12X2 to a 15" driver will be $127 + shipping. You can buy the kit and recone it yourself, or Scott will recone it for you and not charge labor. So, the only difference in price would be the shipping of the parts, vs. shipping the complete sub. I will fix up the exterior this winter. It is actually pretty clean - just needs a new passenger door ($70) and a paint job. Right now I am just trying to get the rear bags on, electrical system done, subs and amps in. Would like to compete at least once this year just to see what it can do. . . Brian

Ohm the coils. May have just broke a tinsel lead, since no scratching sound. Normally the coil can survive unless you actually saw smoke. . .

I gained a little over 1.5 dB dropping mine from 1 ohm to 0.5 Brian
