Good choice. Simpler is much easier to deal with. 2-way frontstage + sub = Simplistic, yet able to cover the audio spectrum quite well. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Exactly. My brother is moving out and I am probably going to be doing some home audio stuff for him, not anything huge but I have those CSS 4.5's to play with. Probably pick up something in a lower adire line for sub and call it a night, should be fun to build.

What size comps I didn't win the auction but they gave me a 2nd chance offer on some 5 1/4 comps... And I won another auction for another 10 lol...

I was gonna post the links up when I found the auctions, but then I always see the idiots that are like "hey, I am bidding on some subs and the auction is at only $0.02!! Think I will win? Are the subs worth it?" Then somebody goes in and out bids their ass because they posted the link....

There was another pair I put a bid on, went for $1.25.... my max bid was $1 LOL Maybe I will find something to put them in and play with them... who knows

my box and mag together probably weighed 70 lbs, I didn't have problems like that...

I had a Magnum D2 in a less than 1 Cu Ft. enclosure in my 94 Camaro off of less than 250 watts, and it got decently loud. All I can say is, it shouldn't be hard to produce any kind of sub-bass in your trans am. Its a hatch car for goodness sake, you have all the gain you could want. Build a ~2cuft enclosure, ported to around 30hz, and turn the gain DOWN. As Mike said, you shouldn't need your volume up all the way to listen to music. If the new enclosure doesn't help you out, sell the sub, put a new one in, I bet the sub isn't the problem.

liquid nitrogen, tank full. we have about five of them for semen. have to keep the semen frozen. My dad used to use the liquid to burn warts off, i used to stick long pieces of plastic down there and hear it bubbling, pull it out and wack SHATTER... fun times
