  1. Hey man, I see you posting in these threads that are over 10 years old. Most of the guys who made these posts are no longer around. Your best bet to get in contact with them is a private message. They will get an email notification of the message versus replying to a thread which they probably won't get any notification about. Just some food for thought. I think you may even be able to email them directly through the forum as well.
  2. It sounds like you have a short in either one of the cables, or one of the RCA jacks. Try running a different set of RCA cables temporarily to see if that helps.
  3. We got letters today from AM General that we are "essential critical infrastructure" for the DIB and must remain open and are exempt from any closings, restrictions, or martial law. LOL!
  4. You crazy bassheads! I would be scared out of my mind to drive that thing. One good hit and all that stuff is shrapnel! You truly have balls of steel!
  5. Sure would love to build an engine though. It's been a LONG time.
  6. I've been toying with the idea of converting the Bird to a V8. I'd love to stick with the turbo 2.3, but it is not economical for the power level I want. I have a Mustang at the old man's that is rotten and can use that for a swap. I was shopping for a bottom and top end and I came across Blueprint engines, and they now offer crate engines. They have a 400HP/TQ 347 longblock for $4700! It would cost me that in parts and machine work and I'd still have to assemble everything and not get a warranty. I think I am going to get started on this once/if the Covid stuff settles down and I'm still around.
  7. It will be Japanese, I can guarantee that.
  8. LOL! You got jokes!
  9. I don't care for the C8. I saw a couple in person today at the local dealer, and they just don't appeal to me. It looks like a 458 with Down Syndrome.
  10. I need something reliable.
  11. The C7s just keep coming down though.
  12. You know, I would agree, but I need something not worth a damn. I need to get a garage built first and that's not likely to happen any time soon.
  13. I need to buy myself a fuel-efficient car. Something over 20mpgs.
  14. Got my new lappy today. I bought a "gaming" laptop. Holy shit, this thing is ridiculously fast!
  15. Interesting. It's the one "religion" I don't see as a religion, but rather a way of life.
  16. Would you consider Buddhism a religion?
  17. We fear that which we do not understand. Common sense is also no longer so common.
  18. New lappy should be here Thursday.
  19. I'm quarantined until Friday at the earliest.
  20. Apparently it wasn't the battery, but the cabling for the display. Board is burnt to a crisp though. I thought the bitch was going to explode. I got up quick and threw it out on the porch. It was smoking for 5 minutes.
  21. And my fucking laptop battery started on fire while in my lap.
  22. For something that we literally had no knowledge about just weeks ago.
  23. How is it this came on so sudden, out of nowhere, yet we're able to shit out test kits in a matter of weeks?
  24. So, I was just informed that I was around a person who, today, has come down with flu-like symptoms. I informed my employer and was sent home.
