  1. Depending in where the crack is, it may hold for ever. I used to fix lawn mowers on the side and I would use an aluminum epoxy on the magnesium decks without issue. Of course these were not subjected to heat cycles like your cover, but still get quite a bit of abuse.
  2. ML gets my vote. Or a really tuned up escalade. But the ML is still going to be all around better I bet. But I am so bored of my car. I HATE owning daily drivers this long.Try driving a 94 Camry with 175K miles and a 2.2 all day every day.
  3. That can't be cheaper than having a seat base made. I see the upgraded seats as logical anyways as the stock GM ones blow donkey dick.It should be pennies in comparison to having something made.
  4. Because air bags are more fun. Just bummed that the new Explorer has no V8. Not a fan of the last gen's interior and finding suspension hop ups is a lot more work. Navigator is ugly and I hate the interior. Ultra scared of another GM nightmare which is compounded by the fact if I own one it will have forced induction otherwise they are all way too slow.I love the Navi interior. I don't think you'd fit in the new Explorer. My mother has one and I feel cramped driving it.
  5. Given room underneath, I would chop what you need out, and weld back up.

  7. It will sell like crazy though. It looks cool and many people buy on looks alone.
  8. Of course pink is the best interior.
  9. i LOVE white interiors!
  10. I'm not complaining though. The dry spell I had gave me some reserve.
  11. And I stii hear, "i want to take this slow." Well what the fuck happens when it speeds up?!
  12. Welcome to my world.Fucking single dad with a kid, laying more pipe than a young 20 something...inside a 20 something. KudosI could handle it if it was during normal hours of the day, but going over at 11, an hour of snacking, then I don't get home for 4 hours, shower, go to bed, and then 3 hours later, go to work. At least when I have Gavin she comes to my house.
  13. Welcome to my world.
  14. Welcome to my world.
  15. Shit, the Camry I drove last week was $30K with the 4 banger.
  16. They're all fucking nuts. The sticker on the Focus ST I built was $29K! They're fucking nuts.
  17. Unless they overhaul everything, I wouldnt buy one. A family member owns a '12 Navi and it is very underwhelming in every aspect for the $65k price tag on it.Me neither...but I have hope. New chassis and a Coyote would be saweet. It will either get the Coyote, or the all aluminum 5.4. Ford is switching to aluminum in many of the truck body panels for weight savings. The pickups are supposed to he 7-800 lbs. lighter. Last I read, it was the entire doghouse and bed on the pickups, so I would venture to say the Navi and Expo should save at least a couple hundred.
  18. The Expedition is similar to the F-150, but the Navigator is a different best. You can thank the air suspension for that.
  19. Are you sick? Is this Sean? YOu? In a Japanese vehicle?
  20. Everyone I know with Tundras love them and say they've been the best trucks they've owned.
  21. Okay, so the old man is giving me a Mustang he's had lying around. I can use that and some parts from the beater to build something, so I am going to buy a Panther for daily driving, sell or trade my truck for a 427, and I should be all good for a while in the go fast dept.
  22. So you're saying we're wired to do what feels good even without realization?
  23. This is just going to be a music wall for home to get onboxiously loud while cleaning house. If you have children, it's an endless process. My house is so small, I can literally fill one void with drivers and the entire house will be full of audio. No need for distribution to several rooms.
  24. SO I guess I will input the weight incorrectly and get a lower rate and just pay him what the calculator says. But really, if he can't be bothered to spend 3 minutes to give me a shipping quote, I can't be bothered to give him my money.
  25. Really?
