So the city pays for impounds and accident hooks? Here it's up to the owner. The city has a contract with four companies to tow, but the owner is responsible for all fees. IF they don't pay for impound, the vehicle goes to state auction after a period of 30 or so days depending on the reason for impound. Accidents are strictly the owner's responsibility and if they don't pay within a certain period, you file a lien. I love the auctions! There are thousands of high rate springs for the Mustangs, but all are in the interest of racing or looiks and will lower the car and limit travel.

Even if they are adjustable? The Shockwaves are adjustable by pnumatics. I'm familiar with the shockwaves. IT's the same concept with the air bag in the spring. You are changing the spring rate. This works wells with limited weight, but if it's no longer working for you, you need to change the suspension. The problem with your car is, most of the weight is in the center so you're bascially spreading the weight around to every corner and putting stress at the middle of the vehicle instead of where the car was designed to have the weight.

So apparently heresay is better evidence that actual drug tests.

Shocks don't hold weight, they simply control the suspension. You need a higher rate spring and a different shock.
