Probably wouldn't be all that tough if you made it out of fiberglass, then a wooden top. This way you will get less "creeks" out of it then you would the wooden box. I have owned 4 camaro's in my day, and that was always my pet peeve. I've done this several times. 4 cubes is easily attainable, but you will end up coming out of the well some. Use the same depth and height, with port on same face, then you can do back, up, and forward? I remember reading something about not using equal dimension lengths, but I'm somewhat skeptical about it being noticable in subbass frequencies. What Car? F-150 extra cab and the box is sealed not ported. When did you get an F-150? I bought it used in 2000, it is a 1998. I don't recall you ever mentioning it. I have a 99 so make sure you post pics so I can steal some ideas. I wish the rear seat back moved and there was actually a little room behind it.
