  1. Where at?
  2. I detest rain unless it's accompanied by thunder and lightning.
  3. Yeah, I woke up this morning to endless fog. It looked like that movie, The Mist.
  4. I hate to say it, but it would be nice to have a white Christmas.
  5. I wouldn't really call them old school either. The original came out maybe 10 years ago. They were a last ditch effort to save the company before they were bought out by PA. They were great performing amps though.
  6. That's the Human Reign. It's just a pricey gimmick amplifier. If you need to spend all that money to stand out, then have at it. There's nothing special about it aside from the art form.
  7. I need to get a shotgun and a pistola.
  8. Nope.
  9. Addysen, or Addison. I don't know how she's spelling it.
  10. 8 hours til my new niece arrives!
  11. Two 50 degree days in a row. I don't know what to think anymore. I was sure we were going to have another nasty winter, but shit, we've had one day of sticky snow and only two days of coverage since then.
  12. Again. . .
  13. That's what she said.
  14. Sometimes it's needed. Don't feel like you're being a pussy. Let it out. It helps to motivate. Trust me.
  15. Take it to a Deka dealer, or recycle it for $5.
  16. Those are pricey
  17. Automoblox?
  18. Baby Stig!
  19. The true definition is a reproduction of the exact recording the exact way it was recorded. Unfortunately, most recordings today are of horrible quality, or people use compressed music files and players as source material, so if you want the true definition of sound quality, you'll be far from pleased. Since you don't want to compete, throw everything out the window. Sound quality competitions are heavily biased and judged by ear so when building a competition vehicle, the only thing you have to worry about is manipulating your setup for particular judges. Since this is purely for your listening pleasure, you are free to do as you choose. That's the beauty. There are no set rules, you just do what sounds best to you. If you want to run rear speakers and run them louder than anything else, you can do that. If you want to shove big woofers in the front doors, you can do that too. It's all what you want and like. Don't worry about others and you'll be happy.
  20. Don't worry about the preout voltage. If you aren't too sure about even the EQ on the premier, don't even bother with it. You sound like you have already made up your mind and are pretty set on the DVD receiver.
  21. Sundown gets their amps from the buildhouse then will test them, then tape them back up and sell them. Technically, every amp sold will be opened and resealed or repacked. I don't see why you have an issue. These places aren't like the mainstream companies where they build thousands at a time and then ship them straight to dealers or resellers. Even if it was opened, what does it matter? It's not a collectible that will appreciate. Just be happy you have a working amplifier in perfect condition.
  22. I keep seeing the Icons and am falling in love with them. I need a job.
  23. I hear you. What you need to do, if you want to do something like this again, is offer it to only supporters, previous customers, or those on your newsletter list. Provide them with a link, give them a time, offer a set amount of product, and once gone, it's gone. Pretty easy, and it keeps the loyalty, not just assholes looking for a deal.
  24. Shame on you Jared. Now I'm going to have nightmares.
