Some headers can lead to issues on some vehicles. I have seen this happen a couple times. Once a set kept burning up an O2 sensor, the next would cause unburned fuel to puddle in the collector and eventually drip into the cat clogging it over tim.

You need to use a tone, set your meter to AC voltage, run the tone, connect the + probe to the center electrode, the - to the RCA shield or outer electrode, and measure. This won't tell you if it's clipping though. You need and o-scope for that.

Signal is still voltage and current. A poor connection could cause a voltage drop across the RCAs and cause level matching issues, but this is highly unlikely unless they are damaged or just cheap as shit.

Copper is copper. Given it's a normal name brand product, you really can't get bad wire. It's usually the cheaper no-name brands that suck. The power cable used as speaker cable should be fine. For RCAs, take you pick of the mainstream companies, or products available online like KnuConceptz. Try Darvex.com for some good prices, or look on the store here, but I don't know is SSA is selling anything aside from power cable yet. Why do you think you have a clipping issue? Switching cables is NOT going to cure that BTW.

Indeed, the Cleveland is a much different beast, the 351 is huge and has the potential to make some real serious power. They are nearly impossible to find now at decent prices. They're a dime a dozen around here. I'd still take a Windsor any day. If you had to take a stock 70's Windsor or Stock Cleveland you wouldn't, but of course that is an idiotic requirement Boss 302. Windsor block, Cleveland head, factory fun, but yes, stock for stock, Cleveland is the winner. Hell, even the later year Windsors never made the torque of the Cleveland and even the factory GT-40 heads on the Windsor couldn't compare to the flow potential of the 4V Cleveland heads.

Not gonna happen with that application unless you use a vented aperiodic membrane/IB or glass an enclosure into your footwell.

I saw a program years ago on car thieves and one of the things that draws them in is window tint. Ironically, every car I ever had tinted windows on was broken into. They do have cameras, but they have one or two people manning them and they are trained to stay on the shoplifters. Add to that, they will not allow you to view their footage unless you have a court subpoena and you won't get that for some audio equipment.

Just do me a favor and put some subframe connectors on there before you stuff all that weight on the rear subframe. You're just asking for trouble and will soon find you t-tops and window don't seal, and your doors won't open or close, not to mention the safety factor. But really, the car already has subframe connecters, full suspension (rear shocks need replaced and plan to before closing up the back) Im not a dummy when it comes to cars. i have had several fast ones and this will be no different. it wont handle like an ss camaro but will be just as fast. i have plans to address the extra weight.
