Just stick with a simple vented enclosure. The bandpass is nothing but a mechanical filter. I'm sure you amplifier already has this, so there's just no nerd. Granted, the enclosure will have increase efficiency within it's limited bandwidth, but again your amplifier probably has a bass boost feature which will accomplish the same feat.

You have to decouple the items from the vibrations. This can be achieved with special matting, felt strips, even a simple adjustment of a latch mechanism. You're going to have to spend some time here as well as trial and error. Good luck!

Why don't you wait until you have the vehicle and then you will know what you need to do. You may find the factory system is satisfactory and only needs some simple improvements.
