Granted, I think it's a bit much, especially given the pay, but in this economy, take what you can get and don't bitch. There are millions of people who would love just to have the opportunity to even interview with them.

95 Eclipse Father/Son Project
Have you guys even thought about running it without the body kit? These cars have killer stock lines, and I think your two-tone scheme would really set it off. I'd love to see this car in person; I'm really diggin' that blue!

03 GMC Crew Cab Duramax Sysyem Help
From what I gather, you truly have no idea what you want. You have a multitude of ideas, but you can not settle on anything and you are looking to us to re-assure you of a certain choice, but when someone does, you shoot another idea out there. I feel like I'm in a relationship just reading this.

Good God! Seriously, use punctuation! Take the time to form a proper paragraph and post, or don't expect to get an answer. I'm almost blind now.

The one that an insurance broker you trust suggests. NEVER work with an agent for a single company, in particular at your age. It is the equivalent of throwing money down the drain. ya i was looking into Assurant, because it was supposedly a good deal, im covering 20k of personal property and it works out to be $426 a year. I dunno im still looking. My parents are still picking up the car insurance trying to make them keep that as long as possible even though my car only has liability on it. My parents have state farm FWIW. State Farm charged me $98/yr. for $20K in coverage.

subwoofer sizes
I don't know, my 15" Funky Pup is quite a bit slower in response than my IT 10s. I hook it up to the battery and it takes a little while for it to fully pop out, while the 10s just go BOOM.

Stereo is in, dome lights won't turn off!!
IMO, i think you're a retard for doing that... but illumination will not have an effect on the dome light.. illumination is just so your lights on your radio will dim when you turn your headlights just like all the other lights do in any vehicle No, that is the dimmer. Illumination lighting is for the lights on the stereo to come on with the vehicle lights, but you have to remember, not every vehicle's illumination works the same. As for the retard comment, I'll play nice.

Welcome to PassKeyIII and GM's databuss. IIRC, they have a 5V output for the accessory wire, of course that could be vehicle specific.

Stereo is in, dome lights won't turn off!!
That's good if you KNOW what each wire is. Not everyone knows, and most people have no business even trying. In today's vehicles there's several wires going into the factory radio that have nothing directly to do with it's operation such as illumination, ODBII, etc. If all you're doing is grabbing the memory and accessory wires that's no biggie, but without a wiring diagram it's impossible to know exactly what each other wire is without a lot of trouble or some searching on the net. I agree 100%, if you have the ability to get it wired without using a harness adapter you'll have much better connections, and a dedicated ground is a must these days it seems. I wouldn't recommend anyone who doesn't have the experience to wire up anything without the harness adapter. Hell 90% of people shouldn't even be wiring the harness. How many times have you see wires wrapped around each other and loosely taped.

Absolute brand monitors? ? ?
Anyone have any eperience with these? I want a cheap DVD player/monitor for my son in my car, but I don't want something that's going to crap out in a few weeks. Sonic has what appears to be a decent one for $150.

Sounds like you have your accessory and illumination wires switched. I never use harness adapters, I always strip the insulation and solder in to the harness while also running a dedicated ground. Never have a problem and it provides a better connection as well.

Welcome to the IHoP
I know the feeling. Little Arthur had a nightmare at 5:20 this morning. So I went in and scooped him up so he could sleep next to me. Needless to say for the next 3 hours he kicked me in the kidneys and elbowed me in the nose a few times. But I don't care. I will not let Gavin in bed with me. I would love to cuddle with him every night, but I feel he needs to stay in his own bed. He still sleeps in his crib at his mom's house, but he has a big boy bed here. It gives him the freedom to get out when he wants, but I'm pretty strict and he doesn't get out of bed unless he absolutely needs to or he is having a fit, and when he does get out, I put him right back in it.

Wait a minute, your Jeep is boosted? Anyways, I know with wheeling you won't have the constant air movement through a radiator, so installing an electric fan is a no-brainer, IMO, but only if it's needed.

I detest body work. I grew up in my old man's body shop and he always put me to work. Hated it.

Welcome to the IHoP
I try to get sleep, but Gavin will not allow it. He woke me up this morning by pulling my armpit hair. OF course he found it so entertaining he's been trying to do it all morning. Just one weekend I would like to get 8 hours of sleep or at least sleep past 8AM.
