Welcome to the IHoP
I don't get these dumb asses on some of these home improvement shows. Why the fuck would you go to the trouble of installing granite and SS appliances only to use linoleum on the floor? I don't care what it looks like, it's fucking linoleum.

Fuck yeah! My grandfather had an old Bronco and a Scout. His neighbor had a first gen Suburban also. I'd love to have any one of those 3, or all 3. I may get very lucky with this one, we shall see. It was listed in a local paper for $4000 with a new professionally rebuilt 5.0 (don't know about ford engines, just like the idea of new rather than old) and when I called the guy to ask about it he made it sound like an old beater and in this area that means treated like dog shit and not worth a penny. Anyway, my brother in law happened to drive past the vehicle and said from the road it looked absolutely fantastic except for a couple small spots and wouldn't need anything at all. Turns out my brother actually used to know this guy and just restores old vehicles, used to have two Power Wagons that he restored and showed all over the county, does beautiful work etc etc etc. I'm sure I can walk away with the vehicle for much less than he wants if it's the quality that i've been told this guy is capable of. The 5.0 in stock form is ridiculously simple, More simple, IMO, than a SBC. Regular oil changes can yield 400K miles +. They are know for bad rear mains though. It's a simple fix though. Something sounds fishy there though. I worked with a guy that restored Broncos and only Broncos. Funny you mention this now as I saw him two days ago and he was driving a late 60s Bronco. He told me he just stole it from some guy for $5K and it was a rust bucket. Apparently they are really going up in value, so you may have quite a money-maker on your hands given you can move it.

The governator? The '03-04 Cobras are called Terminators. That was their prototype designation from Ford prior to production. You need to get a new GT500 and swap in an IRS. I don't like the S197s.

Yup. The woman is an RN too.

I hate that mine is boxed up. Don't feel bad, my shit is so ghetto. I have the 880 running into some POS soundstream amp I won on SIN a long time ago. It's a 2 channel amp running full range to a set of MLIs in the doors and some BG Neo 3s just setting in the kicks held in by magnetic force and crossed with a cap at 2K. The amp is mounted on the sub box (CV IT10s sealed in 1.2 cubes) which isn't even being used and is smashing around into all my tools in the trunk. I keep saying I'm going to get a new DD, so it's all just temporary, but I still haven't seemed to get rid of it. Priceless. Maybe we can get an Xcon in your next DD. I'm sticking with the CVs. They work in tiny enclosures, are super efficient, and sound great. If I end up keeping the GT, I'm going to glass some enclosures on either side of the trunk for the XL-10s I still have to use. I did not know you like Vega's that much. The XLs are one of my top 5 favorite subs. Why was I thinking they needed larger enclosures, much like the Vega Vega's? The XLs DO need large enclosures. On the order of 1.5-2 cubes vented for the 10s. The IT series I have in the V6 were the replacements for their Accurate Image series drivers from the mid-to-late 90s. They were geared towards efficiency and small sealed enclosures. Ahh. Now, if you guys can produce a 10" with ultra low extension, a lightweight frame, and neo motor that will work in half a cube, I'd be buying.

And it does nothing. It's better just to give them fluids and control the fever with children's Tylenol. Took Gavin a week to get over that shit. He still has the sniffles and is slightly warm, but his molars are also coming through.

Would be nice to find an Aviator at a good price and trade the GT on it, then dump a Terminator engine in it.

So we've moved the boy into a normal car seat finally. He's 20.2lbs and 18 months old. I asked the bitch last night to leave the car seat for me today as we keep it in the van and she has to work today. Wake up this morning to get here daughter off to school and no seat. So I get pissed and just go buy my own damn seat. Go to Kmart and get a really nice one really cheap with my discount, go to fit it in the car and it won't work. Of course, it's pouring rain at the time. SO, I try to squeeze it in in numerous ways, and the only way it would fit was with half of the box hanging over the other car seat that Gavin was sitting in and that just wouldn't work. I had to take the damn thing out of the box and shove it in the front seat, fold up the box and shove it in the back behind me, and scoot my seat all the way up. I really think it's time to move up from small vehicles.

hasn't really stopped here in the past 3 weeks. If it is going to do this just fucking snow No shit. It's killing my poor expy. THis morning my drivers side window wouldn't roll when I started on my way into work. Then half my dash lights went off blinking randomly, and then the overdrive light was blinking. However the blinking dash lights somehow fixed my window. WTF And for fooks sake I wasnt to rake and clean out my gutters. FOOK That truck just sounds like a nightmare. I'd get rid of that thing ASAP.

I find myself constantly questioning a lot of Girardi's decisions, but if they win, I won't anymore.

Loving my 880 more and more ever day. I need to get a remote though as I HATE the dials. I prefer buttons.

At least it's not as bad as Brady looking at a ref and boom, roughing the passer. Another thing I'm sick of. It's fucking football. Hit the damn quarterback any way you want. All these guys are babied nowadays.

Everyone has to have something to complain about, so, how about Pedro and Cliff Lee getting calls basically in the dirt. Don't even get me started on the breaking balls. Cliff Lee was awesome last night though. I don't care who was batting, nobody was going to beat him. You know what though? I am sick and tired of seeing these guys take strikes. Just pisses me off. Why not just make it two and out?
