That started in the late 80s. They got it fixed in the mid 90s, then Ford took over the reins on shitty paint jobs.

ya, it really doesnt measure up to the awesomeness that is the tbird, huh? what does that have to do with anything? He disagrees, so of course the only mature comeback was to insinuate the T-bird is in no way comparable.

Depends. Could be as simple as a custom regulator, or simply adding a transformer or DC to DC converter. The real question is, how much current will you need. A lot. This is for my senior design project. It has a hybrid drive train with an alternator powering 5hp worth of electric motors at 36 volts. SHIT! I don't know Tom, sounds too technical for me.

Voltage Drop - is this good?
Too low of a voltage causing damage will depend on the power supply. Unregulated will make more power as voltage increases to a point, where as regulated with stay steady with a +/- shift in voltage. There is no general rule of thumb here as every amp and every power supply will differ.

check this out!!!
Um, okay. . . Sub par products in an expensive vehicle with a generic install. It's clean, but nothing spectacular.

39 when I woke up, 59 now, with a high of 62.- What would you do with 100k tax free dollars?
Here's my problem with this. You're talking about what you're going to do with money you may be getting. You show no concern for your own well-being or the fact that your knee may be very seriously damaged and hinder something as easy as walking for the rest of your life, which would be a reason to sue for anything more than medical bills and missed wages. It's obvious what your intent is. I don't think you should get a dime. What's worse is, you put it on a public forum, and don't think for a minute that as soon as they see a lawsuit, their high-dollar lawyers, along with the insurance company's hired guns, won't be prying into your every move.- Welcome to the IHoP
My car search continues. I've come across some very nice Acura TLs, but I'm not too sold on them yet. Gonna go drive one Tuesday if the weather cooperates.- Welcome to the IHoP
Ha Ha! I wish my six could do that. Hell, I'm surprised the thing still runs. The timing chain is stretched so bad, it's been detonating for as long as I've owned it. It should've popped some holes in the pistons by now. Bitch sounds like a diesel above 1200 in any gear.- Dr. Crankenstein
thats pretty cool, thing is if you really really want some old ass kickers you can still buy them from Credence. With a high price tag. Those aren't that old actually.- Welcome to the IHoP
Small mullet. If it had larger rear tires and more rake, it'd be a huge mullet. I think it's a nice clean car, but I agree with Sean.- Welcome to the IHoP
I just talked to my boss and my hours are being cut, so basically, I'm down to a 4 day work week. Good thing I haven't purchased a new vehicle yet. Guess I'll have to drop my wish list down about $5K now.- Welcome to the IHoP

The JBLs were the first GTI drivers and they were a derivative of the Pro drivers.- Dr. Crankenstein
ahhhh were these the ones with the paper cone and 4 spoke basket that had the JBL logo on the dust caps and said "1000 Watts" next to it? I actually picked up used a pair for a friends install years back (for about 300 bucks in 02 or 03) and i know i used one, but i may still have the other somewhere. now i'm gonna have to check in storage or something Actually they had a 6 or 8 spoke cast basket, I can't recall which off hand. - Welcome to the IHoP
