Yes it did. Unfortunately I only drove the automatic and was sure it would be a pooch. I was pleasantly surprised. The even better part for me is even at WOT, there is virtually no noise from the thing. You can't hear the turbo, you can't hear the intake or exhaust, nothing. I didn't much care for the torque steer, but I don't drive balls out much anyways, so no problem there.

We run a tight ship and that is that. The problem is people can't take constructive criticism and get all worked over some words on the internet. If what you see typed on a screen in front of you pisses you off, then you have far deeper issues that need to be addressed. Really, just let it roll. What exactly is your point here? I can fit everything I need in this little bugger. It's cheap, handles great, quick as hell, SAFE, gets good mileage, and is ULEVII. If I wanted to step up to 4 doors, I'd have to get the S40 which is way more money than I want to spend. Plus I really like this thing. I drove past the dealership and it immediately made me turn around. Pictures really do the car no justice.

You REALLY wouldn't like the ass end then. I was going to say, I think the front looks good but I bet the back looks awful. Just kinda get a hint of it in that picture. I hate those scrunched looking asses. what I can see of the tail end is what's really influencing that opinion. the front is just another Volvo I don't so much care for the back myself, but it's grown on me after seeing some European mods. Once I drove it, I was hooked though. It rides like a Caddy, but handles like a Bimmer, and the interior is so quiet.

I have no experience with the Q so I cannot relate its performance to anything else. I can tell you that the Mag D2V4 (that's what they're called now), is one of the best drivers I've ever had my hands on and it was only a proto.
