lol ok so for those of us who want rear speakers then what are we in this hobby for? I can't answer that. Only the individual who wants rear speakers can. Myself, I could give a shit less about imaging. As long as I have a clean signal on both ends, 99% of the time I'm happy. I don't use rear speakers because I personally don't see the need, and none of my vehicles at this point are anything worth even attempting a "SQ" type installation. They're poor platforms, so I wouldn't even attempt it. Others may be in the same boat. There are so many levels to this hobby, and that's what makes it fun. I don't get into the SPL game, nor do I completely understand the point, but that's my personal stance, and if the SPL guys like it, I am not going to tell them it's shit. I'm a Ford man, Kent's a GM guy. We both razz each other about it, but when it comes down to it, it's all about the common bond. In this community, it's audio, whether it be SQ, SPL, or just a simple upgrade of factory speakers.

Even still if your budget is X dollars you are ALWAYS better off spending all X on fronts alone instead of fronts and rears. Nothing to do with Nirvana. I agree with you on this, but the fact is, others may not. That's my point.

Dammit guys! We have to realize that not everyone is alike. If someone wants rear speakers, let them have them. People who are after true imaging and soundstage are rare. Not everyone is into the hobby for pure audio nirvana. Ah, never mind.

We're all entitled to an opinion, but I'm just curious what Nick has done that's so egregious? im sorry i should have said it better nothing against the owner hmiself, but one of his associates that sell the SI line that i dont want to mention..and i know that shouldnt have anything on the owner himself but if you walk into a restaurant and the employees give you bad service you dont want to give them your business even though it wasnt the owner himself that gave you bad service..thats just how i feel.. All sales are direct now, and if you have a bad experience with a dealer, the beauty of this forum and the internet manufactures is, you have a direct line of communication to the owner of the company. You could have easily called Nick with your complaint, or sent him an email or PM, and I assure you, you would have been well taken care of. I would comment on the new Mag, but it would be pointless as they are not even available yet, so your only options are to see the two reviews which have so far been given.

Everything I own is breaking. I've spent over $2K in the past two months just replacing broken shit around the house. Just this past week: Grill took a shit, literally. V6 had both hub bearings go out at the same time, so not only do I have to replace the hubs, I also have to do new pads and rotors. Just today, my TV took a shit. Pulled it apart and the fuse is blown, but the board is burnt also, so I may not be so lucky with this. I'm ready to give in. Just sell everything and live like a hobo.

No, sorry, but I had some MCM select in-wall drivers years ago and they did very well. I have also owned a couple of those 8" drivers they have that are very similar to the popular TB 8" drivers and loved them.
