Is this going on the Mazda? First, I'd try and find a resonant frequency for the vehicle, and go from there. CRX style enclosures have proven to be very reliable and loud. Also might want to talk to Chad Hicks. They had some trick setup with a very small enclosure that provided a huge peak right at that frequency. Remember though, I'm merely guessing as I know pretty much absolutely nothing about SPL. Also, don't let Josh find out you're using his driver for SPL competition.

I'm guessing 300 watts. The Aura is rated at 170 bridged into 4, but I'm running it at 2 ohms. It's taking it like a champ too! It's actually pretty loud, but I am getting a little cancellation. Hope it all goes away once the trunk is sealed up.

2.4 @ 27. I have a problem with vent mach. It's a wee bit noisy. Hopefully, once the deck cover is in place, it will quiet that down. Just wondering if grill cloth over the vent will be detrimental or not. ANyone know? The best part is, absolutely ZERO trunk rattle, and with the windows up, you can't even hear anything. Oh, and another custom Claw will be going in it's place. I really do NOT like this ID overstock driver atall. Uploading some pron right now.

Finally got the enclosure finished in the TaurASS. Time to start sealing the trunk and cabin.

Here you can see how I JUST clear the torsion bars for the decklid. And just for Elias. This is why the side fire would not work out.
