BTW, if the brushes are worn, I'd recommend against using it if it still works. Many times, that will cause exceesive heat and arcing and burn up the com.

AC or DC? If it's DC, let me know the make, and model. I can get DC brushes for ANYTHING. Be aware though, on a DC motor, it's rarely just a brush problem. DC. Im guessing its the brushes because when we put pressure on them the motor works. Let me know all the info I posted and I'll get you what you need.
