No. The cone area of the driver will not change unless you alter the cone.

Closest thing I can compare mine to would be an MTX thunder 6000. That's the cheapest driver I've owned in a few years, so that would be my best comparison.

WOn't be any difference. I believe the moving assembly on the DPLs is rather quiet, which would be the only concern when mounting inverted.

Indiana sucks. We used to get snow pretty much everyday during the winter. Now it'll snow one day and be 40-50 degrees the next. I hate that $hit. If it's gonna be cold and nasty. stay that way all winter. Don't tease me with a hint of nice weather. About 5 years ago, I had my first Mustang out on a nice 60 degree day in late November. Later that night it started getting really cold. 20 minutes from my house and snow just starts coming down in blizzard-like fashion. That was fun. I hate the cold.

Are they the Pro10s or the PC10s? The Pro's will have a cast basket and 3" coil. The PC's will have a stamped basket and 2" coil.

Any links/pix of what color it is exactly? I can get you some photos from the roll, but it looks white in a picture. It's a dove gray, almost a dull silver actually. As for the dyeing, I have no idea how hard it is. I'd assume you simply clean it, then dye it with a spray dye. Damn, sounds too light for my application. O well, thanx anyways. All you have to do is pay for shipping and buy some dye. Much cheaper than buying the actual vinyl. Hence the reason I offered.
