  6. All speakers are transducers. BTW, did you need one of those grommets? I have 1 lying around.
  7. YOu can get almost as much control as the EPX2 in a lot of the higher end HUs without the need for the external processor.
  8. Then you'll nevere hear anything.
  9. PE.. You need one? I have 1 more lying around. It's for 1/0.
  10. Someone on one of the Mustang Forums I visit asked for the power cable routing. SO, might as well post here too.

How about some homemade 90s and some Y-adapters? As for buying something from me, I have nothing. The little deal I had going never materialized.
  12. You are second in line Ryan. I have a local buyer that is interested. He is suppost to contact me sometime this week. If he doesnt I will let you know. Koo. I JUST sold the crossover so whenever man.
  13. I haven't done much with my truck, but, I have found THE BEST sub placement in my particular POS, which is very simliar to yours has been down low in the center behind the seats. The transfer function in the standard cab is horrible as far as cancellation is concerned. If moved to one side or the other, there's definate notice. As far as speaker placement, I personally would not go with anything in the pillars. My experience with that has resulted in: A. way too high of a soundstage, B. Too much directionality no matter the phase or crossover point, and C. too many reflections to deal with off the dash and windshield. There's a lot of "open" space available down low and drivers with wide dispersion and great off-axis characteristics to do a great sounding KP install.
  14. Justin, as soon as this crossover is gone, those Vegas are mine.
  15. I've heard their 8 inchers are wonderful performers and a bargain at the price. I think the Next 10" I picked up is a better deal though.
  16. I still believe in God for the most part, but there are just too many unanswered questions. The thing that really gets me is when people refer to the bible. There are so many versions of the bible, ALL WRITTEN BY MAN, so how do we even know it's the word of God. Man is known for adding his own input and ideology. Hell passing a story from person to person will get you an entirely different story almost everytime, so who's to say the bible is anywhere near accurate.
  17. No it doesn't. The negative will be THE common point in the entire design. I ususally put my input at one end and just use a common negative on the other end with enought terminals for however many drivers I'm using.

I haven't had it in the vehicle yet. I hooked it up in my test room corner loaded to simulate the transfer function to the best of my ability. I don't really feel the need to go into detail because the driver really is just too cheap money wise to even warrant needing it, but if you have the need for an ultra-cheap driver, this will do VERY well. Given a little more displacement capability, I would put this up against the old Shivas. Keep in mind the enclosure is tiny for a vented enclosure. 1.03 cubes after displacement. Tuning is around 32Hz. Very efficient.
  19. That's an entire forum worth of discussion right there. I don't think anyone has the time for that. I'll sum it up for you. I have this discussion regularly with the woman because she's a firm Chritstian. I myself was born and raised Catholic and went to Catholic school for 9 years, church evereyday of those 9 years. Needless to say, as I get older and wiser, I just find it ignorant for people to think that as vast as the universe is that we could be the only form of intelligent life.
  20. 350 flywheel on the 2.3??? Yeppers. The real question is how big of an fmic can i fit behind the stock bumper. holset @ 23-25, 900cfm IC, 64lb injectors, Equal length manifold, 3" DP, so on. 350flywheel (w/pump gas) shouldnt be a problem with that setup. Alot of older guys are putting 380-400 to the wheels with that kind of setup. Be prepared to cut. Might want to go with a GT front, and add the Cobra grill opening to direct some more air into the radiator. Hope you don't have any cooling issues. I can't tell you how many time I overheated my TCs in the summer. I say stick the turbo up high towards the firewall and have it poking out of the hood. Let me know how this goes. I'm thinking of finding a 4WD Ex cab ranger for a work truck and was thinking of the turbo 2.3 setup.
  21. Me Email Notification just stopped working for about 6 months. Then one day I had a HUGE list of email notifications about 6 pages long just from here. Haven't had a problem since. This board has a demon.
  22. I think it's because he's using dual mids??? Height?? Group delay? Hell I don't know. Passives usually kick my ass. I don't understand them enought to tune them well.
  23. Do you have the specs on the crossovers?
