Check My Work Please
Your drawing matches up 100% as far as I can tell. I don't understand the need for the reversed polarity though, nor do I understand what you are asking about it. **Edit** Ask Josh. He's far more knowledgable than I.

Need help with a latching system for my box
Good idea, but it seems to me it would take up too much space and just look way out of place. If It could be done, I'd do something like a chain drive or conveyor that will contour with the floor and well. Secure the enclosure to this via some pick-up points and then you're just need some motorization for forward and reverse.

YOu guys would s hit if you heard this thing. Best $18 I've ever spent.- Stage 1.
The grill is staying. I didn't want a mesh one. Not strong enough with the way she throws things around in her trunk and with a stroller rolling around in it all the time. I simply took one of those old cheap screw-dwon type grills I had lying around and mounted it to a wooden ring and bingo. Does the job well and looks a hell of a lot better covered with grill cloth.- Stage 1.
Carpeted Flush trim panel installed. Virgin tight. And the gay ass grill.- Opinions of the 3 crossovers
Buy my Coustic. 24db slope on the high and bandpass and 36 on the low.- Oh Crap!!

Up against the rear seat perhaps? Think of the top picure flipped around (port on bottom) ... the slant will go the other way (IE: fit up against the slanted seat back). ' You'd be correct. I was going to do something with glass along the side. Then I opened the trunk and saw the big lot of wasted space between the seat and the metal. You really can't do anything with it, so I figured this would suit her better keeping the full width of the trunk and only decreasing the length by one inch.- Welcome to the IHoP
thanx. did u just use 3m adhesive spray to apply? if so, i also see that there are different kinds (74, 77, 90, etc), any recommendations which one to use? if not, which glue did u use? TIA I haven't used it yet, but I bought some Dap brand spray from him. It's a hell of a lot better than the 3M stuff. Basically a spry-on contact cement, not just a glue. I have used it on a couple enclosures and I'll never use a standard spray adhesive again.- What's missing in this industry?
Sound Advice. . . They had a small extension store up here in Warsaw, IN. It really was the best shop around, but they only lasted a few years. If I recall, isn't that where Dave Rivera started out?- Welcome to the IHoP

No sawdust in there now. This thing will have so little power going to it, port noise is of no concern. Goin in the trunk of an '04 Grand Am. 1.3 cubes tuned to 32.46 Hz. Had to pull the magnet boot off to get that sucker to fit without hitting the pipe. Cover piece and carpet will be done tomorrow. If I have enough carpet. Can't wait for the PE arrival.- i took first

I will NOT do anything for anyone outside of a friend or co-worker. If something goes wrong, YOU are responsible. Too much damage to be done and people are so sue-happy now-adays. Just too much trouble if you ask me.- What's missing in this industry?

YEt. . . Now. . . . I think this is a good idea as the core of our manufacturers are internet-based and relatively small.
