  1. I'm moving this to our design section. SOmeone will be with you shortly. I would email Nick on exact specs as he has the most experience with the proto and can give you exactly what you're looking for. No one else has really had enough hands-on time to play with different enclosures and power levels to really have a good idea or experience with what is "best" other than Nick.

Love the "scooter." The TB, well, it's a Chevy and that's all I'll say.
  3. Go to the other good forum and search. Lot of good mids on there, particularly the budget minded Seas at $50 a pop.
  4. YO! Off to Michigan I go.
  5. Keep in mind your powerhandling is going to be enclosure dependant. If you build a larger(read more efficient) enclosure, powerhandling will go down. I'm guessing the Polk has a 2 or 2.5" VC and should be more than capable of handling upwards of 500 watts given you don't go overboard on the enclosure.
  6. Actually PA make the Octane R series of amps.
  7. Hey, anyone know a good traditional Mexican song?
  8. details? Gotta get the new D2 parts installed on my Claw.
  9. I wish Nick would get back to me so I can send my basket to Destijl.
  10. details? Cannot comment fully yet.
  11. Japanese HUs are awesome!
  12. Extra Terrestrials.
  13. Do I really need to elaborate?
  14. 5kw

No need for a generator when the power goes out. Just plug you breaker panel into the amp.
  15. My fascination with ET is growing vastly.
  16. Yup.
  17. I read a post on TP about batteries and brands in specific. If I recall correctly, the Kinectics were nothing more than a rebadge of something else. It can be had by the manufacturer for a fraction of the price the Kinetic is actually sold for.
  18. Dynavox and HIVI are very similar to the DYNs. A great alternative for the DIYer.
  19. Nick, my condolences. Justin, I should've been more specific. I'm looking for DVD and CD-Rs.
  20. Anyone know where I can get GOOD inkjet printable media for a decent price?
  21. You are the wind beneath my wings.
  22. Throw it out the window? Seriously, this may sound odd, but everytime I've encountered a skipping CD player, it was not mounted securely. I feel the padding will make it worse.
  23. -3dB @15Hz in .002 cubes.
  24. Nope, it's the new Ascendant XBL^55LMCSW.
