  1. I know it sounds wishful, but dammit...the woman I marry is going to have to live with whatever vehicle I'm driving at the time. I won't be selling my favorite vehicle to replace it with a minivan. I could live with an SUV if it was like Elias' beast...but somehow, I doubt that would go over well. I want my kids to be dropped off at school in something with attitude I know, I know, check back in a few years... He's not getting rid of the truck. He still has his beast. All the manliness he needs right there.
  2. Who cares what you think?
  3. I've heard OF them and seen photos. I think someone on SIN has some and compared them to the likes of LP.
  4. Hurry up already.
  5. Kent, go with the Honda. IT's better in every aspect, plus maintenance will be half that of the Trailblazer. Who cares about manliness. You're married with children, the ego is gone.
  6. From that album, I personally feel Blackened woulld serve the best.
  7. While I'm not a fan of eD, I voted for the A. Damn good looking driver. Will perform well if it doesn't destroy itself, is more economical and well I think 2 Flat CONES would just be better aesthetically.
  8. Yes, staples. (I used 6.3mm staples) They hold the fleece much more effectively while stretching. I used high-tack spray adhesive to attach the fleece to the backside. I found this to be much easier than attempting to adhere and stretch everything at once... Today I resined the fleece, these doorpods are almost done, just have to bondo them, and then cover them in either vinyl or suede.. Staples are an excellent idea. Always good to have a mechanical fastener. I can't tell you how many times I've had problems on a corner because of no fastener or ridge. Shoot MattB a PM and he'll hook you up on what you need to cover them. He's great to deal with!
  9. YUP.
  10. YOu must have one large SD card on your camera! I'm liking what I see so far.
  11. And whoever was talking about a HU, buy my freaking Alpine!
  12. Steve, for that price, you might as well spend $10 more and get the Jasper router jig set from PE.
  13. BAh. I'm with Denim on the domestics. I have always been a strong supporter of American Steel, but hell, the imports are more domestic than the domestics. And the domestics are just lacking in almost every aspect. There are a few I would love to own though. I drove one of these Yesterday! HUGE BONER! The Dealership had a brand new Ford GT in the showroom. If I could ever afford one, that would be nice! They also had a 100% all original '69 Torino GT next to the GT. This car was exquisite! Black and beautiful and 100% as Ford built it 36 years ago. Even the original oil and tires! 359 miles!

Problem with the whole thing is Ben and eD are involved. Take that out of the equation and more potential consumers will deem it reliable info. With the "competition" doing the testing, measuring, sponsoring, etc, there will never be able to be any definitive conclusions. I think many people will consider the tests tainted.
  15. Check for an internal fuse that's blown. I've bought many broken receivers off ebay that needed nothing other than a $.10 fuse.
  16. www.pacparts.com Part number-01V74700Y57 $160+shipping
  17. I quit.
  18. YO bishes!
  19. Drop your truck off here while you're in Jamaica. You'll have some nice holes in your doors by the time you get back.
  20. It shouldn't. It's a SUBwoofer, doing what SUBwoofers do. If anything, the smallish box should have accentuated the upper-end response. Since it didn't seem to do so, I think Nick hit the nail right on the head with this SUBwoofer.
  21. Squeak, that sucks! Wish them good luck! Kent, TAKE ME WITH YOU! I'm small and light enough to fit in the carry-on bag!
  22. No, it THHN, THWN, or MTW.
