  1. MAD skillz! It is ingenious though. A+ for creativity.
  2. I'm trying to , but always happens.
  3. Looks great so far. You have great router skills. Only things I would do differently would be to have the tweeter on the opposite side of the driver closest to the front of the car. You may have it like this, but to me, it appears the baffles are designed so that the tweets will be behind the woofer. You want them in front and out of the way of any obstacles. Also, you will want to angle them as well, not on the same FLAT plane as the woofer. Trial and error here. Don't worry about the drivers being close together. That's exactly what you WANT to do. Let me know how these sound, cuz they are on my list of possibilities.
  4. THAT Hifonics is > THAT Sony, but, screw it, you wouldn't believe Sony actually has quality stuff. yes Ryan, i know about the Mobile ES stuff and yes, i referring to the amps pictured Mobile ES is no more. Hasn't been since 2002. If you want some good NEW Sony equipment, go to Japan.

  9. NIck, I need some measurements off that puppy. I'm running inverted as well, so if you get a chance any time soon, I need to know the cutout diameter as close as possible without fear of the surround rubbing, and the heighth of the surround WITHOUT the gasket in place please.

  12. I'm confused.... What did you run more speaker wire to the amp for from the HU?
  13. Most Sony HUs will provide power throught the power antenna lead regardless of whether or not the tuner is on or off. This may not be the case anymore though as I have not played with any of their new stuff. Just an FYI.
