Looks great so far. You have great router skills. Only things I would do differently would be to have the tweeter on the opposite side of the driver closest to the front of the car. You may have it like this, but to me, it appears the baffles are designed so that the tweets will be behind the woofer. You want them in front and out of the way of any obstacles. Also, you will want to angle them as well, not on the same FLAT plane as the woofer. Trial and error here. Don't worry about the drivers being close together. That's exactly what you WANT to do. Let me know how these sound, cuz they are on my list of possibilities.

Most Sony HUs will provide power throught the power antenna lead regardless of whether or not the tuner is on or off. This may not be the case anymore though as I have not played with any of their new stuff. Just an FYI.
