Kent, CRX style box for this one. HAd an 87 myself once. OR you could go with both drivers and vents firing at the hatch. That would work well too, but I had three 15s so it was not feasible for me.

Um, can Sound Quality and your music preferences even exist together? yes, yes they can, trust me I have a hard time believeing this. Most people don't realize how poorly music is recorded nowadays. Try to find a Metal, rock, or Hip Hop CD that has NO added distortion. I bet you can't. B) well if your comparing it to jazz or classical, it may not stack up (although some metal does have some classical parts to it), but it's a ton better than any cRAP I was just being analytical. I don't like the latest commercial recordings. They are getting poorer and poorer nowadays.

HEll, in my "stupid" days, I ran differnet signals to each coil on a driver. Never had a problem. Would I do it again? Well, I know better now, but I'd do it again if I HAD to. Pioneers, though very budget minded drivers, can take some serious abuse. And Damn, they seem to always produce. A very underestimated company as far as subbass drivers go that just never seem to get the recognition they deserve.

I miss my skating days. I used to get razzed all the time, cuz I skated and freestyled at the same time. It seems Bikers don't like Skaters and vice versa. Wasn;t a problem for me. I enjoyed both.

I could tell you a funny story about a vented 15 destroying three vented JL 10W6s with ONLY 300 watts, but I think that's all the info you need right there.

IF using one driver, I suggest mounting it on the passenger side of the enclosure. If using 2 or more, mount them all as close to the center as possible. I have done about 20 different driver combinations and firing orders in my Sierra and these have yielded the best results. The Passenger won't get as much output with the single driver setup, but who cares about them anyways?
