Well, so now comes time to hurry up and get some bump in the Cutty before I leave. I've had my mind on some L7s for quite some time and with the recent Ebay explosion on great prices they are pretty hard to pass up. I'm thinking a trio of 12 will do nicely and I'll come in at just under $400 after shipping. Midbass is handled. I have a nice pair of RMB8s just awaiting a good home. Now on to HU, amplification and midrange, tweeters. Here I'm at a loss. Would like to get a nice cheap MP3 compatible HU; amps, who knows. Subs will be handled by a class D for current concerns, but is 1.5K feasible for $250-$300? And what about midrange/tweeter combos? I'm at a loss here. I actually have quite a bit of room so I've toyed with the HCLD idea, but that still leaves me with a need for mids as the RMB8s are really useless after about 500. What to do? Any suggestions?

Ha Ha! Funny guys in here. I actually bought the car early in the day. Didn't get delivered until late. This is going to be my new DD, so nothing really big happening here. No big ass shoes, no massive beat, no engine mods. Just simple, clean, anc classic. I had an 85 back in High school and I've missed it ever since, so this was just wonderful. It's a state auction car, that's why the price is so low.If you think that's good, the one I had in HS, I only paid $5 for, and it was just as clean as this one.
