  1. I get off every day.
  2. I used to have the same mindset, but then I grew up. Bad thing is, it took me 28 years to gain the wisdom. I feel like an ass sometimes when I bump into people from my past that know me as a less than desireable individual.
  3. Is that from a movie....?Stefan's biopic. Lol!
  4. The question is, what kind of asshole are you?
  5. It doesn't matter the year. The 5L Windsor never had a 5 speed auto behind it. Never. If you have a 5 speed, you have a 4L V6 or the 4.6 V8. Again, impossible to confuse them.
  6. You really need to follow the link I posted pages back and read as much as you can.
  7. Nothing's happening after 4th. You have a mechanical or electrical issue if you feel something. 4th gear is OD, so you have 3 gears, then OD. You won't feel the torque converter unless you have an issue. Given the age of the vehicle, I'm willing to bet what you think is a trans issue, is actually a driveshaft u-joint or the viscous coupling since it's full time AWD.
  8. I know I'm right. I don't need to read anything. It's nit an 02. They switched to the 4.6 in 02 and there's no possible way anyone could confuse them.
  9. There was never a 5 speed auto behind a 5.0 until the new Coyote engine. You have the old Windsor. Count as much as you want, but you're incorrect. In fact, Ford did not introduce the 5R trans until the 99 model year and it was only available on 6 cylinder models. It did not make it onto V8 models until 02 when the 4.6 replaced the Windsor.
  10. You need an RTA. You could also play tones one by one and notate what your ears pickup, but it's too time-consuming and far from accurate.
  11. Your trans only has 4 forward gears.
  12. No help. No miracle fixes.
  13. I am very familiar with the Ford 4 (AOD, AODE, E4OD, ETC)and 5 speed (5R, 5S, etc) automatic transmissions. Add whatever you'd like.
  14. Fucking Dex-Cool eats engine parts from my experience. You'll only see issue with improper mix ratio and anything besides distilled water. Most problems occur because the system's been opened before and not serviced properly.
  15. It's not the fluid level. I guarantee it.
  16. Why are you asking a question you already answered? If you can get a bracket, why are you asking us? We all bullshit. Neer.
  17. Well, I had a response typed out, but I won't even bother. If you "knew" all this already, why did you ask theother question? Neer, that's why.
  18. Nobody makes a bracket and the expense to do so negates the frugality of the pick a part alt. You should be able to fond a quality 200 amp alt for that for $250.
  19. You know that water pump is made right next to Ford, Toyota, and Honda pumps.
  20. You know that water pump is made right next to Ford, Toyota, and Honda pumps.
  21. ID manufactured drivers for ARC. Not sure if they still do since Eric has sold out.
  22. That amp is indeed doing what it says. I've used two of them. That's a great little driver you have too. I'd buy another and just swap them out. As Sean's said, vent is small, but you'll never hear it in the trunk.
  23. He knows everything about everything, but if you want to know the correct way, visit this place. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/ Not worth the time or expense if you ask me.
  24. Another college shooting. . . All this PC and coddling of children makes them weak pussies incapable of dealing with life.
