Too many variables for us to be arguing this anyway.

Many fiberglass parts will weigh damn near the same unless you're going for a race setup only. Once you start adding window regulators, motor, etc. It brings all the weight back up. Not to mention, with the amount of FG used in most panels, they end up weighing only a couple pounds lighter than stock. Not worth it IMO. Upping the power is simpler.

And bearing wear.

130K plus, I'd be concerned first with the timing chain/belt.

And losing weight is the hardest thing to do.
