Well, I came across this SWEET deal on a Coustic Design Reference DX-28 crossover. Anyone who know's this piece, knows it's awesome. Best part is, it was NIB!!!! Anyways, guy ships it to me, but UPS mixed up his packages and I ended up with a Clarion CD player. Contact him about the mix up and he tells me the crossover is on it's way to guess where............... Florida!!!!!!!! Nice!!!!!!! Now I'm worried I may never see this thing because of the damn hurricane. Sorry had to vent..................

Ass-end reminds me of the Cuda. Other than that, I like. Maybe people will actually buy these this time and the Mustang can have it's rival back!

I'm in the market for a new car
I say the 3 would be more economical for you right now. I have been eyeing the Protege5s for a while now, which the 3 and 6 replaced. Oh, and opt for the stick. A couple of days playing with it will force you to learn how to drive and you'll enjoy it much more, plus get better milage than the Auto. And the maintenance costs on the manual will be cheaper to boot.

Must have a review of the GTO amps. I have heard good things about them. Better than the Powervalve series.

My old man used to own a towing business and when they would store the impounded cars, they would remove all the valuables inside, mostly being stereo equipment. Well, when these cars would go up for auction, my father would buy them for next to nothing and guess where all the equipment came. HERE! I got stuff all the time for free! It was lovely. Yet, this is not what got me started in audio. Hell, I was 11 years old and was riding my bike in the park when I came across a rather long length of speaker wire sitting in the parking lot. I picked it up and took it home to investigate. Asked my father what it was and he said, "speaker wire." From that point I just started to play with the wire and gradually it grew into this hobby I have now. I remember days of blowing up countless pieces of equipment trying to figure out how to wire everything. I must say, blowing stuff up is the best way to learn. That way, you always know what NOT to do. B)
