  1. You are correct. I was just about to mention the extra cable as well. $200 not worht it to me. Plus you save some space and install issues using 1 vs 2, and less signal loss.
  2. I only whore for you. Hurry up with that addy so I can send your money Daddy.
  3. HOLY SHEET!!!! When did the 4000 come out? That's gotta be a monster!
  4. I'd start your lowpass at 80 and you can play around with it from there. Should be a good base point for you. You may find out you will like it with a lower setting though, seeing as how you are getting some decent midbass. As for the gain, set it on the 2 volt mark since you know your HU is 2V. After that, you should be all set. B)
  5. What other stuff are you running? SS, I would set at 25 or right at tuning. As for the boost, leave it at 0. Gain will be dependant on what piece is before it and whatever voltage it is putting out. Lowpass will vary depending on what your other equipment is crossed at. I never play my subbass above 60, but others go 80 and above. Give us a list of all you have and we can help better.
  6. Sounds like a good name. And EMAIL me!
  7. True. I understand. What program are you using? I'd like to be able to run a bunch of these simulations without inconveniencing you. BassBox Pro 6.0 It's not an inconvenience. I like playing with it.
  8. My buddy has the 13W6v2s and he and I both prefer my Magnum over the JLs.
  9. There are really too many variables to say. You can easily make one sub louder than the other, and it can go either way. There's no definate "yes" or "no" answer. The Magnum can get LOUD and sound GREAT, but I haven't had any experience with the SXs. However, I have played with a number of XXXs and SEs and they are pretty much in the same boat IMO. You can make them loud and sound good. Still prefer my MAG.
  10. That's not nice!!! Where are the pics?
  11. Now the graphs are merely to be looked upon as an estimate. Nothing is foolproof; it is a computer program after all. Also, I would like to note that this particular measurement for cabin gain I have added to graphs is fromMY OWN vehicle. Yours will differ from what I have posted.
  12. I have all the black ones I need. Just looking to add to the collection.
  13. 12"MAG in 2.0@29, no fill, 600 watts, cabin gain added. 15"MAG in 2.5, heavy fill, 600 watts, cabin gain added.
  14. Wanna sell that 404?
  15. 15" D2 sealed, please. What size enclosure(s)?
  16. For????
  17. I'd just try and fix the vent some how. YOu should be fine with the power.

Yeah, 3.3 is my net also.
  19. u don't think this will be good? No No.... I happen to like small sealed enclosures, hence the MMMM. OR really BIG ones!!!!!!!! IB is the way for me.
  20. Where are you located at? I'm sure there's someone in your area that may be able to help you out. When dealing with fiberglass, I find it easiest to just build the enclosure first. Then figure out the volume and if you want/have the room to go vented you can always add that. You could always do an external port without taking up any precious volume in the enclosure itself. And for that little thing, I think the 12 would suit you nicely.
  21. MMMM........ Small sealed enclosure...... I need help.

Now that right there is an interesting situation. After changing the design in my buddy's Camaro, I now only have 3.3 cubes which of course I was going to seal, but perhaps this puppy can handle the small vented enclosure hmm??? Dammit, back to the drawing board.
