I agree the cca for 30 seconds is the important part for short bursts of power. Like with audio music. Not the ah which is for long term draw.

Are you serious?? I thought the whole idea of car audio batteries was high ah ratings. Jeez I obviously need to quit or do years more research! *In no way shape form or fashion is this directed at you Julian, I just honestly had NO clue the ah rating wasn't the main factor in car audio smh I also think it would be important.
At 12.8 volts and if your amps are drawing 3800 watts your at 297 amps going thru that zero gauge. If the voltage drops down lower than that the amp draw goes up. I think one run of zero gauge Is past its max so I think there is voltage drop.
I think you ment don't do damage.
How many runs of 0 gauge do you have to your amps?
A bigger battery will just give you more reserve power. The voltage will still drop to the high 12 volt range because your alternator & wiring can't keep up. Where are you measuring the voltage?
But you need to make sure its the right size and is ported to the proper frequency. The right box is the most important part of the build!

First of all you can do it just as accurate with a digital multi meter, which you should have! Google how to set amp gain with a dmm.
As long as it is copper is all that matters. Not cca.
